Hello ladies, I haven't been here for a while . I see some new people..that's great! This is a very welcoming bunch.
Due to my laziness , I'm starting the year out with Nutrisystem Meals of which I was very skeptical (how good could the ready-to-eat meals be if they DON"T require refrigeration?). Well I tried my first lunch meal,a chicken chili pasta, and it was NOT half bad! I'm a bit of a foodie so I thought this would be difficult(that is eating small portion RTE's not exactly gourmet...for 30 days), but I think I can do it.
The water thing is quite necessary though since I find the food a bit salty. The water also fills you up quite a bit.
I have to admit that WW is a better plan for the long run though.
About eating on the cruise.... I've been told that there is such a variety of fresh fruits and veggies and healthy stuff, that there shouldn't be a prob eating well. I guess we can half our portions too.
Throw in a daily walk or organized excercise event and ya kinda have a "spa cruise" . Who knows , if we all use our imaginations ,we can maybe even lose a few lbs..
Is this realistic? I've never been on a cruise before. I must admit that I won't be able to resist a great chocolate treat though. Oh ,can't forget about some great vino too. How does that fit into WW's plan?
