Post-Trip Epilogue: 3 Weeks Later
OK . . . so 3 weeks after I had safely returned home from my magnificent Disney Wonder vacation, I've almost completed writing a full trip report for the DISboards, I've posted Personal Navigators, Character Schedules, and kids' restaurant menus . . . my new pins are nicely secured with the rest of my collection . . . a lovely model of the Disney Wonder now sits atop the mantel . . . and the two new DCL lithographs are in a corner still awaiting to be framed.
I walk out to the mailbox to check the mail, and - OH, BOY!!!! Not one, but TWO packages from DCL have arrived! One is a vacation planning DVD that I ordered. I didn't order it to get more DCL info, I just ordered an updated version so that this time when I watched it I could actually relate to what they were talking about
, unlike when I watched it before.
The other package was an envelope, inside it our official membership cards to the Castaway Club!!!! Yipeeee!!!!! If we ever DO go on another Disney Cruise, these cards will get us extra "magical emneties" onboard. ALso there's a letter from the DCL president, as well as a music CD with cool music from onboard and Castaway Cay!!! Yay! I rush inside to listen to it, put it in the CD player, and . . .
. . . it won't play. WHAT?!?!? I take it out to see what the problem is . . .
. . . it's cracked.
