I also cleaned out the van in preparation for the trip......but wait....we are flying not driving.....I am anal about that...when ever I travel...I want the van cleaned. It's one of my many issues.

We do this too , it is some kind of OCD I am sure. Also, I clean the entire house before we leave, then I am tired on vacation because I cleaned the entire house before we left. What is up with that? I have to do it. Good thing is when I get back, I only have laundry to do and souvenirs to find a place for

Where to start for today!?

Well, I am REALLY tired today b/c something woke me up at 5:30 this morning a I could not for the life of me go back to sleep....

I hate it when that happens

so when the alarm went off at 6 I just decided to go ahead and stay up. I had a bowl of cereal and watched the local news then at the appropriate time..I woke the girls up and got them ready for school. After they are picked up, I normally head back to bed to finish my sleep cycle...

But for some stinkin' reason, I was wide awake! Soooo, I decided it was as a good time to start cleaning as any other.

First off was the dishes....I loaded up the dishwasher and turned that bad boy on. Since I am on a well and not public water, I can only run one water appliance at a time. So I turned the dryer on to "re-fluff" the items that were left in the dryer.

I then took my merry little self into the living room and went to work. This was mostly just a straighten up job, but I did dust and run the vacuum. The dishwasher hadn't finished, so then ....I decided to pack the bathroom goody bag.
Back in February, I had gone to TArget to get some travel size items to pack. I loaded those little lovelies into the bag along with the normal size goodies. I was feeling the excitment then!
That bag is about 3/4th pack and I will finish it on Saturday before we head out!!

Finally, the dishwasher was done and I started ....once that was under way, I attacked the bathroom.

Obviously, I was feeling very industrious today.

I finally sat down in my recline to watch Kelly and Regis, only to fall asleep for a pretty nice nap.

DH was home today too and he helped me with several other needed chores...like cleaning out the frig.......we had a couple science experiments in there.

We had leftovers for dinner and then worked on homework with the girls....they are up cleaning their room now....this should be good....it is always more messy then when they started.

Tomorrow will be pretty quiet around here. But Thursday evening, I have a soccer coach's meeting......I got suckered into being my DD5's team coach...I know VERY little about soccer but no one else volunteered which meant that they would not have a team....I could let that happen to her...she is so excited about playing.....Lord, what we do for our kids!

I KWYM. Same thing happened about Omicron's Cubscout Den so guess who is the Den mother? Then Omicron's and Delta's Tball team - so guess who is the team mom? Plus we wind up teaching sunday school or wednesday night class and lead the children's worship all the time. I just need to say 'no' but I really want those things for my kids so I always say 'yes'

Then on Friday afternoon, I head to the college campus to meet with my advisor about the fall semester and what classes I will need to take. I am pretty excited about that.

Saturday morning from 8am to Noon, is the coaching seminars and training that is mandatory to attend
So I will have to get up early that morning and pack up the van and then the girls, head to the seminar and when all that soccer stuff is over, head up the highway to meet DH at work.....he should be done about mid-afternoon. I also have to stop at either Wal-mart or Target to get a pair of good sunglasses

We will then hit the highway to Baltimore and check in to our hotel for the night and then meet up with my high school friend for some dinner. I am excited about that too!!

I have told the girls about meeting my friend and her family...and that we are staying in a hotel that night too. That is the cover for the suitcases... I cant wait until they see the airport!!

That's it.....the Magic Mickey Man is left!

Which means in a matter of hours, we head to Baltimore. Suitcases are packed and dishes are cleaned....we will grab the trash on our way out the door....and I will make sure that the potty is flushed before I lock up (dont ask, bad experience!)

Autograph books are backed and ready....Mickey mail is in my purse!

Ladies and Gents, I will see you on the flip side!

It is 6:30AM, I am showered and dressed....trying to get DH moving along.....he wont admit it, but he is excited and didnt sleep very well last night.

I have printed our boarding passes!

THe excitement builds and the best part is the girls have NO clue!!
