So you are going to find out about nursing school the day before you leave? Wow! What anticipation! Well if you make it then you can celebrate that while in the World. And if you don't then you can celebrate getting to choose another career while in the World ! Either way you get to celebrate something.

Deb- Yes, I have a meeting at the college the friday before we leave for Disney. It looks like its a sure thing, I just have to take a couple extra classes before I start my actual Nursing classes.

As far as I know, the girls are still in the dark about the trip. I suspect that my eight year old will say that she "knew" we were going but she has a tendency to do stuff like that. If she does think we are going, she probably thinks its in the summer.

Well, DH finally told his "dear" mother about the upcoming trip and the Pooh (not the bear) hit the fan. Just as we suspected, but he handled her very calmly. But she is a bull that you dont want to let out of the pen right now.

She told DH that the girls will get behind on their school work and such. The week the girls go back to school, it is a short week due to Easter and we can easily get the work caught up and sent back in to the teachers.

That woman could make a saint drink!

I wont go into her BS right now because I am on cloud 9 with the trip right around the corner! We leave next saturday! Can you all believe that?

I finally got DH to pack his suitcase today and I finished packing mine and the girls suitcase. The only bag left to pack is the bathroom "goody" bag. I will do that bag toward the end of next week.....I still need my toothbrush

Nothing on the job front yet but still looking and hoping, so keep your fingers crossed still!

Oh, I am just so excited I want to y'all.

Here we are down to the wire, so to speak.....

DD5 had her tooth extracted last week and now we just need to get over the allergies that we all are suffering from...So everyone say a little prayer that no one gets sick!!!

The weather next week looks mixed....some storms and cooler temps, but I am okay with that.....I will still be at Disney.

Where to start for today!?

Well, I am REALLY tired today b/c something woke me up at 5:30 this morning a I could not for the life of me go back to sleep....

so when the alarm went off at 6 I just decided to go ahead and stay up. I had a bowl of cereal and watched the local news then at the appropriate time..I woke the girls up and got them ready for school. After they are picked up, I normally head back to bed to finish my sleep cycle...

But for some stinkin' reason, I was wide awake! Soooo, I decided it was as a good time to start cleaning as any other.

First off was the dishes....I loaded up the dishwasher and turned that bad boy on. Since I am on a well and not public water, I can only run one water appliance at a time. So I turned the dryer on to "re-fluff" the items that were left in the dryer.

I then took my merry little self into the living room and went to work. This was mostly just a straighten up job, but I did dust and run the vacuum. The dishwasher hadn't finished, so then ....I decided to pack the bathroom goody bag.
Back in February, I had gone to TArget to get some travel size items to pack. I loaded those little lovelies into the bag along with the normal size goodies. I was feeling the excitment then!
That bag is about 3/4th pack and I will finish it on Saturday before we head out!!

Finally, the dishwasher was done and I started ....once that was under way, I attacked the bathroom.

Obviously, I was feeling very industrious today.

I finally sat down in my recline to watch Kelly and Regis, only to fall asleep for a pretty nice nap.

DH was home today too and he helped me with several other needed chores...like cleaning out the frig.......we had a couple science experiments in there.

I also cleaned out the van in preparation for the trip......but wait....we are flying not driving.....I am anal about that...when ever I travel...I want the van cleaned. It's one of my many issues.

We had leftovers for dinner and then worked on homework with the girls....they are up cleaning their room now....this should be good....it is always more messy then when they started.

Tomorrow will be pretty quiet around here. But Thursday evening, I have a soccer coach's meeting......I got suckered into being my DD5's team coach...I know VERY little about soccer but no one else volunteered which meant that they would not have a team....I could let that happen to her...she is so excited about playing.....Lord, what we do for our kids!

Then on Friday afternoon, I head to the college campus to meet with my advisor about the fall semester and what classes I will need to take. I am pretty excited about that.

Saturday morning from 8am to Noon, is the coaching seminars and training that is mandatory to attend
So I will have to get up early that morning and pack up the van and then the girls, head to the seminar and when all that soccer stuff is over, head up the highway to meet DH at work.....he should be done about mid-afternoon. I also have to stop at either Wal-mart or Target to get a pair of good sunglasses

We will then hit the highway to Baltimore and check in to our hotel for the night and then meet up with my high school friend for some dinner. I am excited about that too!!

I have told the girls about meeting my friend and her family...and that we are staying in a hotel that night too. That is the cover for the suitcases... I cant wait until they see the airport!!
