Did I mentioned that I "packed" the kids clothes while they were watching? I am smooth!

Actually I took out the summer clothes, washed them and then "hid" them in the suitcases while the girls were watching. I told them that it was not time for summer clothes and were it was, their clothes would be washed and ready to wear! QUOTE]


SO FUN! I bet you're so excited to meet up with your high school friend! That is awesome that you'll be able to hang out before you go to Disney...it will definitely be a more relaxed visit.

You can ask my husband....I have issues!
When we went in August two years ago, we already had all of our summer clothes out and accessible. But right now, with our daytime highs only in the 30's, summer clothes are put away. So to make sure the everyone has decent fitting clothes (you know...no stains...no holes...still fits) I need to take inventory of what we have now. That way, I am not running out last minute to buy needed items and using Disney $$$.

Last time we when, I packed on Wednesday and we left on Saturday.

I like to pack very early too, though I have no kids. I just love getting all my stuff together for WDW! I've been doing it since I was little, and everyone makes fun of me for it. Oh well.

Ummm I think you need to look at my ticker in my signature line... I am going 3/29-4/3 and staying at the POP with a dining plan! Too funny! I will be on the lookout for a Vera Backpack while I am there! Do you have your days planned yet?? Where are your ADR's??? Too funny!

Your girls will be sooo surprised! What a great idea to surprise them like that! How are you going to keep it a secret when you see your friend and her family, I'm guessing they are in on it too?? So funny how our trips coincide!

Well, of course, we are doing the MK on the first day with the girls!! Since we do not have the park hopper option on this trip we will be following the EMH. We will be staying in a standard view room so, who knows where our room will be! But I would love to bump into you and say hi!

I sure did! I did the patented "I'm going to Disney sooooo soon!" Happy Dance... kinda looked like this lol!

I have never done Magical Express before and DF is pretty fasinated by the whole idea of leaving your luggage and having it "magically" appear in your room, so we were 2 nerds sitting on the couch reading the Mickey Mail like we were studying for a Math Exam

I don't know how you keep that secret, I give you major credit!! I was going to try and keep my upcoming trip a secret from DF and failed miserably... I called him right after I booked it and let the cat out of the bag ! I am terrible at keeping secrets having to do with Disney I guess!

I think that DD8 knows something.....I was trying on a new pair of shorts I bought ans she said that I could wear those to Disney.....

Ahhh! At least she doesnt know yet though, thats a relief!!!! I really hope I run into you so I can see how happy your kiddies are on their "WOW my parents re totally cool for taking us to WDW as a surprise trip" look on their faces! They are going to be so pumped when you finally tell them!
