Sheriff Callie or Joy anywhere in the parks?

Is there anything at Walt Disney World with Sheriff Callie? I was hoping maybe Disney Jr. Live on stage or Play n' Dine would have characters. My son, age 4, and daughter, age 2 love watching it, and my son keeps saying he wants to meet Sheriff Callie (and also Joy from Inside Out).
