This is actually not a clear question. Sheraton Vistana Resort or Sheraton Vistana Villages? Will you all be adults, or a family with children, and if children, around what ages? How are you getting the reservation, through II, RCI, an owner rental or through the resorts themselves? Will you spend all of your time at the Disney parks, the other (Sea World/Universal) parks and/or plan to relax at the resort?
I prefer Marriott Cypress Harbour to either of the Sheratons unless all of the following are true: If you plan to spend some part of every day at Disney parks and you'd be trading in through II or renting from an owner in the Cascades section, then you might prefer to request the Cascades section at the Sheraton Vistana Resort for its closer location to WDW.
If you'll be spending some of your time enjoying resort activities, especially with kids of all ages or if you'll be visiting the other non-WDW theme parks, then choose Marriott Cypress Harbour. Would definitely not care for an RCI trade into SVR if this Marriott is available too. If you like to have a lake at the resort with boating, fishing and pretty lake or golf views, then the Marriott is also preferable.
If you'll be a couple or couples only with no kids or only with toddlers, and if you don't care about the lake or golf, then Sheraton Vistana Villages has a very lovely ambiance and a zero-entry pool that's especially nice with little non-swimmers. It's also newer than the other two SVR and the Marriott. The location of SVV is not that far from the Marriott, so good for visiting all the different parks too. But this resort has the fewest resort amenities and activities if you plan to spend a good amount of time at the resort, especially with older kids or teens. HTH.
