I am staying in Orlando end of May/beginning June for a week and looking at both of these. Am going to both Disney plus Seaworld/Universal so location isn't an issue and price wise they are very close. Can anyone compare the pools/units. Are they both likely to be quiet?

Is one more recently renovated?

I'm travelling with a 10 year old and 17 year old as well as my parents in their 70's.

Thanks!

Jenn

We really like the vistana resort, they are newer just better layouts. There is something for everyone
They have parties at night like smores party, karaoke they are all mixed ages so everyone fits in.
Its on International drive (i drive) across the highway from disney springs so its not like its far.

Sheraton Vistana Villages has elevators in all buildings and a feature pool with a pirate ship pool. It is located on International Drive.

Sheraton Vistana Resort has park like grounds and is closer to Disney located off 535/Vineland close to I-4. It is a mixture of low rise apartment style buildings without elevators and two sections (Cascades and Lakes) that are newer taller buildings with elevators. When I am traveling with my parents, who are in their 70’s, I ask for a building with an elevator or ground floor (never been denied this request at check-in due to mobility issues). When it is just my husband and I traveling, I prefer an apartment style unit with stairs - units are huge and top floors in Fountains even have vaulted ceilings with skylights in the living room.

Both resorts are very nice, but Sheraton Vistana Resort is my personal favorite and it is a Disney Good Neighbor hotel and the staff have been extra nice and helpful to us. All units I have stayed in at both properties have been in excellent shape.
