Sheraton or Marriott Resorts?

Hi Friends!

We have been able to plan a last minute trip to Disney for Mar 24 to Mar 31. We know because it is Easter, will be super busy, so we are opting to stay off property this time. Long ago stayed at Sheraton Vistana Resort, and am wondering if that is still a good choice? Have also seen several Marriott resorts and am wondering if anyone has been there and what did you like or not like about it. Would like to stay closer to WDW rather than farther.

There are three of us: myself, DH, and DD (who will have just turned 21, but is still a Disney kid-at-heart). Any help/opinions you could offer would be most appreciated. Wishing you all a magical and Happy New Year!

remember if you stay offsite on Easter - then you might not be able to get into the parks.

so go EARLY!

stayed at both Marriotts and Sheratons.

guess it depends - Sheraton Vistanta Resort is very close to DD.

Marriott Royal Palms
Marriott Imperial Palms
Marriott Sabal Palms
are all very close to Epcot - they are in the Marriott World Center

Now if you want close to Disney - Wyndham Bonnet Creek - is even closer. You can generally rent it for less than the Marriott.
