The more I see him, the more I like him. He really seems down to earth and I like the way he jokes around with his journalist friends. It makes them seem more human. Some reporters seem so stiff they're like robots.

I also like Lester Holt on MSNBC.

Do you have any favorite newscasters?

I watch Shep every night at 7pm and then again from 11pm-1am. I really like him!! Not bad on the eyes either! ;)

If I've heard correctly, Shep has a family member (I want to say a son) serving over there right now.

Lestor Holt was the local news anchor here in Chicago for many years. I feel like I've always "known" him as a reporter and I enjoy watching him.

I don't think Shepard Smith is nearly old enough to have a son in the military.

I don't know where I heard that. I did a search and all I could find is that Shep was 38 in June 2002.

As you can see from my tag....

Brian Williams (MSNBC)

I don't know of one newsreader I perfer over another.

Hey. That's my Brian Williams.

ok, I'll share. :D

Another vote for Shep here!! :)

I don't want to bring this thread "down," but I really, really, really liked David Bloom.:( I thought he was excellent on the weekend Today Show and had followed him closely during his imbedded tour through Iraq. I was quite devastated to learn of his fate when I turned on the television Sunday morning.

Hey. That's my Brian Williams

Is that the same Brian Williams that takes every possible opportunity he can to implicitly question George Bush's leadership capabilites?

Well, I don't have the same "attraction" to a lot of the people mentioned here (I don't "swing" that way  ), I'll say this. If they aren't on the FoxNews Channel, I don't see them at all!

Tony Snow is excellent and Shep-o (As Sean Hanitty calls him) are, as said in an earlier thread, really down to earth.

Is is any wonder that FNC is blowing away ALL of their competition?

I like Neil Cavuto.... he really slammed the French last week.

Tony Snow, Shepard Smith, Brit Hume, David Asman... like em all.

My dh is EXTREMELY partial to Laurie Dhue "She's a tall drink of water." What does that mean anyway??

Same here :) I really like Bill O'Reilly, but I don't know why women are attracted to him, and I'm part-Irish too!

I also like Greta and Alan Colmes-I can't stand Sean Hannity

I don't know... I don't really hear much when I watch him ;)

Kim, Come on, you've got to admit that Tony is cuter than Brian!

NO WAY!!!!!!

I report, you decide: ;) ;) ;)
