Hello folks, just wondering what lead time that people have had from when they redeemed there reward to actual time receive,
been almost 4 months and i cant get an answer from MS and there higher ups,

I redeemed my first and only stm reward about 2 weeks back and all records of it disappeared from the site after I did so. I'm thinking it'll be a miracle if I get anything at all .

When I redeemed mine back in April, I took it as a dues credit so it showed up online instantly.

When I talked to member accounting in June, it had been credited to my account.

However, I can also see it on the member website as well. I think 4 months seems like a long time so hopefully, it will show up soon.

I've only received one back in April and it took about 4 weeks to get the Disney Gift Card. I'd contact DVC and ask to be transferred to someone in the Sharing the Magic Program, 4 months is way too long.
