Nice one with the big survey! I call those kind of credit days, "Minnie Christmas" since Swagbucks go into the Disney savings. My husband just rolls his eyes while I giggle to myself.

Thursday: Purchased a $75 Best Buy gift card using a Just4U offer at Safeway and got an immediate $7.50 off. Paid with my Amex Blue Cash Preferred card giving me 6% cash back in credit card rewards. I also earned 2X in gas rewards. I'll use the BB gift card to purchase a Disney gift card.

Since I am already looking forward to the next trip i'll do the following:

Starting Points:
Hilton - 57k not including recent stay plus CC spend on my Hilton Amex
Hilton - Surpass weekend night free but won't include below
Barclays Arrival + - $140 in rewards
Swagbucks - $25

Quick Glance this will be the following plan -

5-Day Park Hopper® Ticket - $899.90 for my wife and I
5 Nights at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace - Book 4 nights get 5th night free - $149 a night with breakfast or $983.10 with resort fees or 130,000 points (73,000 as of today with my current stash)

For the fun part:

73,000 Points rounded up to 75,000 will need $25,000 in spend:

Manufactured spending:
50 GCS at 3.95 = $25,197.50 in "Spend"
Price Paid - $225 with MO Fees

Tickets:

Around $35,000 in Spend

Manufactured spending:

70 GCS = $35,276.50
Price Paid - $320 with MO Fees

Total Paid Out of Pocket - $545 for 5 nights/5 day hopper pass

Prices won't be exact since I also have a reselling side business which earns me free points but still around $500 for a Disney trip is fine with me!

Math will probably be a little off since I quickly did this but good luck

Wow! That's some awesome manufactured spending! Out of curiosity, where do you use the GCs that you acquire thru the spending? I'm always concerned with tying up a lot of capital in Visa/MC/AmEx GCs and then not being able to spend them down.

I just realized that I also have this coupon in my Just4U account. Looks like there's a Safeway trip in the near future for me. I also have a coupon for 20¢ in gas rewards for making a $25 purchase. Thanks for the inspiration to look at my account!

Last week was one big fat GOOSE EGG but this week was MUCH better!

8/28 Both my SB cashouts hit for $50 to Paypal (earning to pay towards our DVC rental)
8/31 Cashed out Ibotta for $20 to Paypal
9/1 Cashed out Saving Star for $6.51 to Paypal

Current Paypal balance = $395.31

Disney Visa Rewards posted today for the month of August: $70.06
I posted on another thread but I am $546 short of my $1618 ticket total and I need to buy by end of Feb (or before the next price increase) so I have 4-5 months of earning to lessen my OOP expenses.

I also met my SW Chase Card spending today so even though the points haven't hit, I'm still excited about that!

ETA: I can't believe I forgot about my consignment sale money! I made $142.03 and that will be transferred to Paypal. I forgot to count it since it wasn't in my Paypal balance yet.

So far this week I've really only earned money for Disney from Swagbucks. I do have enough points to cash out for a $10 gift card through Fetch Rewards too.

Sunday: Earned 302 SB

Monday: Earned 353 SB

Tuesday: Earned 481 SB

Wednesday: Earned 353 SB so far-Ended up with 2940 SB at the end of the day. Had one of the 2500 Gut Check surveys credit!

How I ended my week:

Earned 3293 Swagbucks
Earned $10 through my Moms panel
Earned $6 through Pinecone
Earned $.25 from Ibotta
Earned $10 Best Buy Gift Card from Fetch
Redeemed 2200 Swagbucks for a $25 BBY Gift Card
