Share a meal at Table Service?

On the dining plan, can we share a table service meal (not buffet) and only be charged 1 credit? I do understand then we are only allowed 1 drink and 1 dessert.

I am just looking at some of the menu's and especially the Italian restaurants, the meals look huge.

Just curious if it is frowned upon or if the servers don't care.

The only location I know of that doesn't allow this is Via Napoli.

Otherwise, DDP is just a payment method that covers some or all of your check, depending on what you order - if you only want to order one entree and dessert, then go ahead and use only one credit.
