Shape up shoes?

Does anyone have them and if so, how do you like them? I just got some a couple hours ago and they are really comfy. I got them because I am prone to heal pain and they are really cushy. As a side benefit if my legs tone up, great. Do they really do that though? I got the Reebok Easytone's because they didn't look like platform shoes like the Sketcher's brand do.

I've had the Reebok Easytones for about a month. I wore them for a week in WDW and it was the only time in many trips that my feet did not hurt at the end of the day.

I've read something from every doctor stating that, long-term, these shoes can cause problems because they make you walk in such a way as to stress certain things.

I've been thinking about getting them to wear around because I have posterial tibial tendonitis due to overpronation and I've heard that they really help with foot problems when you just wear them around.

I bought some of the sandals this weekend and, so far, they haven't really relieved my foot issue.

our local news channel here in Boston did a review about these shoes/sneakers. The results were not really anything to write home about, and said they did not do anything but maybe cause other issues down the rode, so basically they were an expensive sneaker..with no benefits.

I bought a pair for work last year and I love them. They didn't tone a thing, but they are the only shoes that I've ever worn that my back doesn't hurt. Anything else and my lower back is killing me by lunch time. I just ordered a pair in black, so the boss doesn't realize they're really sneakers lol.

That is good to know. I don't have back pain but my feet hurt by the end of the day which is why I got them.
