Do they have a separate shampoo and conditioner or is it a 2-in-1? Two females with long hair- we need conditioner :)

How fussy are you about product? The H2O stuff is good, but if you have long thick hair that gets real fuzzy in the humidity of a cruise, it's just simpler to pack stuff you know will work with your own hair.

Ok and do I need to bring toothpaste? Mouthwash? Sorry but trying not to pack anything we won’t need.

Yes, you need to bring toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. They provide you with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. All of those are H2O products, the larger 2oz tube size.

I just ran out of conditioner the other day, so I went to my used my H2O stuff from my cruise last year. I decide to grab the shampoo too. Boy, do I love that stuff. I have hair just passed my shoulders. The H2O prouducts are very good. I love the smell of the shampoo!

I always bring small sizes of my own shampoo, conditioner and body wash too. I pack a lot of toiletries, but never so much that I can’t close my suitcase! Lol

Have a great cruise!

No body wash in non-concierge cabins.
Oops, sorry about that! My kids always use body wash, and I forgot that we must have brought our own. We still have some of the H2O sea salt body wash tubes from our last Disney resort trip...kind of surprised they don't offer it on the cruise ship as well...oh well...guess I need to add that to my packing list for this summer's cruise! (Going to Disney next week...maybe I'll be able to get a new supply that way!)

Thanks @PrincessShmoo for the pic!

Funny, I notice when going through my travel samples, that the H2O from the cruises were the nice big samples, with the Shampoo I love, while the WDW/DVC were those small bottles of H2O. And they do give you body wash at the resorts. Just real small stuff.

Enjoy your trip to the World. We are heading there this summer!

At the resorts, sometime last year they switched to the big tubes! We went to Disney in February and October--February had the small bottles, October the big tubes! We stayed at Boardwalk Villas both trips.

Yeah! Thanks.

We are DVC members, so you think it’s just the Villas? Because I was thinking the samples were kind of chintzy for DVC. We haven’t been to WDW since 2016. This year VGF for the first time! Can’t wait!

We are also DVC and have only stayed in DVC villas since 2009. Could be all the villas/deluxe/moderate resorts... I've read that the value resorts are switching over to shampoo/conditioner big bottles that are locked into the shower--so you can't take anything home.

H20 shampoo and conditioner , sea marine . Very nice product , but if your hair gets tangled easily it may not be the ideal conditioner. I have long hair and it gets tangled when I use the H20 products , I’m into hair product so I bring my own that works best for me ! Otherwise it takes way too long to comb out my hair. The shampoo leaves your hair squeaky clean , this may not be what you are used to in a shampoo!

My husband and kids use the H2O shampoo and conditioner and it smells great! It doesn't work for my hair type so I bring my own.

The showers at the spas used Elemis products. Very crisp, green scented shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

I'm so glad I don't use the showers at the spa. HAL provides Elemis products on their ships - I bring my own "stuff" (shampoo, conditioner as well as bath soap) on HAL. The shampoo they have makes my hair absolutely frizz out of control, and the soap is extremely drying to my skin.

The one time I cruised HAL, I fortunately knew that they use Elemis AND had a DCL cruise in Feb before the HAL in July. I stocked up on DCL's H20+ supplies and took them with me for the HAL Alaska cruise. Funniest part was I had so much Disney stuff around - the DCL toiletries, my DCL hoodie, a couple of Disney plush animals...and a couple more Disney/DCL things - that the first morning I ran back to my cabin between our deck race and our stretching clinic and discovered that not only was my assigned cabin steward there but there was an assistant and a deck boss with a clipboard and check sheet. I'm pretty sure they thought I was some kind of spy because I visited cabins of other people in the group and theirs, while clean and all, were nowhere near kept up to the standard mine was. Still makes me laugh. (And makes me think that I should really schedule in a DCL cruise before summer 2019 in case I do a charter I'm contemplating on HAL (like the group...deciding if I can tolerate HAL but thinking things might be a little different on a charter)... See if the abundance of DCL toiletries, etc. makes magic strike twice.)

I have long wavy/curly hair, and i need to bring my own conditioner, the H2O isn't quite enough to keep my hair sleek enough. I do like the shampoo, i find that it smells great and is not as drying as many unisex shampoos found in hotels can be. HTH
