Do you know the episode of Friends where Joey is on a date and the girl keeps reaching over to eat some of his food and he finally looks at her and yells "Joey doesn't share food!!"? charles must have been channeling Joey huh?

Most definitely!
that is my DH. If there was one thing I could change about him, this would be it. I would love to split food when we go out to eat (I grew up in a family where this was the standard) and he absolutely refuses! (He grew up with 3 brothers so I think he learned to guard his food from scavengers!) It's funny because on the rare occasion when he does share something, it feels like a major treat
Me too! I wish Charles was more willing to split things -- I don't think I will ever be able to change him on that one. At least, I taught him that it's okay to have leftovers. That was a major accomplishment.
I love tiramisu! It is one of the reasons we have Tutto on out backup ADR list. Unfortunately last year I only found it at Mama Melroses and was sadly disappointed. Yours looks delish!
The tiramisu was delicious! Some of the best I have ever had!
Sorry to hear that WS was a little less then fun.
It looks like dinner was worth it though.
Yes, Tutto was definitely worth fighting our way through the crowds!
Hey sweetie.....longtime since I have been able to post here!! But I am FINALLY all caught up!!!
I am glad you all had such a good meal at Tutto....this year while we were in "Italy," Tom asked....why aren't we eating here?!?!?!?!

Guess I will need to add that one to the list of MUST DOs next time!!!
Those silly old elves......I love finding out what all they are getting in to.......you are such a creative and crafty Mommy!
Yes, you would love Tutto Italia! Everything was so delicious!
The elves definitely tax all of my creative energies during the month of December.
Dinner looks heavenly! Yum!
It was wonderful!

that's insane.
all that italian food looked SO yummy! i can't wait to eat here. and the cute italian waiters don't hurt.
I was kinda surprised by the overall crowdedness and atmosphere of WS on that Saturday!
You are sooo going to love Tutto Italia! I can't wait for you to eat there!
I'm going to have to consult with Jill about why we haven't eaten here yet!

You must rectify that soon!
Tuotto is my favorite! I love everything about it....and the italian waiters are an added bonus!
We are planning on eating there again -- I think Chelsea would love it as much as I did!
when we were at the F&W on a saturday I had made the executive decision NOT to go back into Epcot for dinner for fear of what you described. I guess I can go tell my Dh I was right about it now.
You made a smart decision, Diamond! Good call!
Hmmm...really, really yummy lovely Italian food served by solicitous, handsome waiters...that sounds pretty pleasant to me...
It was very pleasant -- all aspects of it!
Sorry about your driving rains...we have about 2 feet of snow...
Very, very beautiful...

but making it a bit difficult to do holiday errands...
I am so tired of rain -- all it ever does here is rain! Very depressing. I told Charles yesterday that I wish we had the snow the East Coast got -- he looked like I had grown another head and replied, "You know 20 inches of snow doesn't melt after one day." Sigh.
& the kicker...Emily is having a coed cookie making party tonight...(honestly I don't even remember agreeing to it but I must have...
What a cute idea! My mom used to do that with me every year. I loved our Christmas cookie decorating parties -- I should start that with the kids!
(I'm thinking I could use a vat of Happydog's eggnog about now...)
No doubt!!! Good luck with the party tonight!
Don't feel too bad about the holiday cards...mine are still sitting too...
Whew! I am glad I am not the only one!
(wow-you're description of F&W gave me pause...

)
I would have been so stressed trying to navigate the two kids through the crowds. I am glad it was just Charles and me.
