Shades of Green/Magnolia Golf Course to Epcot?

DH is planning on meeting me for lunch at Epcot after he plays golf at Magnolia GC, at Shades of Green. He doesn't have a car, so relying on WDW transportation. Is there a bus from Shades of Green to Epcot, and if so, can he take it even though he's not staying there? Or can he get to the T&TC to get the Monorail to Epcot, and if so, how? Again, is there a bus or walkway? I know Disney supplies transportation for him back to his resort, but in this case, he'd have to go back to his resort(OKW), then take the bus to Epcot-does anyone know if the supplied transportation (taxi, I think) would take him to a park instead?

We've stayed at SOG several times, so I can speak to getting to the parks from there. To use a Shades of Green bus (this goes to the TTC, not Epcot directly), he'd need a resort guest ID; they check for that, along with an ID, since it's a military property.

Unfortunately, Disney permanently closed off the walkway from SOG to Polynesian in the spring of 2023, so that is no longer an option.

I'm thinking ride share might be his best option if he wants to save time and not use the provided resort transportation. Unless there is another transportation option I'm not aware of, but I can't think of any.

Now all he needs to do is to find out whether the free WDW transportation will only take him back to the resort, or whether he can go to a theme park instead. Otherwise, that's an idea-just turn down the free transportation (since it would take him out of his way for his ultimate goal) and pay for a ride share.

Shades of Green is not a Disney resort and thus is not served by Disney Transport. Shades of Green has its own buses that go to EPCOT. However, it is restricted to the military guests staying on property so if he’s not staying there he’ll be unable to board. 100% ID check (both military and resort) is in progress.

He can go to Disney’s Polynesian Resort (requires a rideshare) and walk to the TTC and take the monorail to EPCOT from there. Poly has walking paths to the TTC. There are also Disney Transport buses from Poly that do not require IDs or proof of stay to board that can take him to EPCOT.

Minnie Van service may also be an option but it is quite pricey.

Is he renting clubs or bringing his own? They won’t let him bring his clubs into the park so he would need to return to the resort to drop those off.

This is the one trip when fortunately he'll be renting clubs, so he'll be empty handed after golf!
