shades of green - magic hours and tickets

Does anyone know if shades of green guests can use early entry now?

What about the new extra magic hours program that is going to start in January, any word on whether SOG guests will be able to take advantage of that?

Lastly, has anyone talked to SOG since the news came out about the new tickets starting on January 2? I assume that SOG will still offer discounted tickets. I am dying to find out how much they will cost so I can figure out what to do for our January trip!

When we were at SOG in '98 we were able to use early entry. Disney treats SOG like one of it's resorts for the most part. Call SOG to check for tickets. We're going in Nov '05 and will be checking on them ourselves soon.

Does anyone know what SOG will offer as far as new tickets prices with the change? SOG website site still shows hopper passes and stars and stripes.

SOG website is a little out of date. I dont' know how often it is updated, but not often enough to keep up with the new prices.

on another thread, can't remember which one (I've read so many today ), someone said they called SOG about this very thing and was basically told they wouldn't know anything until January. Apparently, SOG is in talks with Disney to figure something out. And just an FYI, the privilege of EMH at SOG is because SOG chooses to PAY for that privilege. SOG could at any time decide they don't want to pay and we lose our EMH. It is not really Disney who "allows" SOG guest to use EMH, it is the SOG manager who has control of this. For now SOG guest can still use EMH. I sure hope something is figured out because we have reservation for SOG next June, that I made in July, and I wonder if we will have to scramble and make reservations at a "real" Disney hotel so we can take advantage of the new evening EMH.
