Shades of Green and Grand Gatherings

If you are having 8 or more people at SoG you can ask guest services to help you set up a grand gathering through WDW. Sog has to make the request for you and send all your pertinent info to the WDW people. Sog will then get a confirmation number for you to use in planning your GG. Thought this may help someone.

Thanx for the info! I did not know that....I went on a big family trip last December and wish I knew then! It will be a LONG time before I do that again!!

What is a Grand Gathering? Also HARLIGIRL, my husband got back from Kuwait in February. Sorry to hear yours is going so soon.

A Grand Gathering involves 8 or more people. You have access (if you want to Pay) for some special activities involving groups. It is also supposed to help make reservations for dining easier. (which is why I wanted it) It is all planned through WDW.
