Sewing patterns for Very Very Pooh-Sized guy?

I am trying (in vain) to find patterns for men's clothing, a 6 or 7X. (I think. Chest/waist about 80")

I remember at one point a long time ago one of the major companies had one pattern, basic shirt, that I think went to a 4X, and at the time I altered that one to go to 6X because it was as good as I could get.

In search of- a sweatpant/loungepant/elastic-waist shorts, and a t-shirt/scrub shirt type thing. I can alter the patterns to what I need. I could do up the patterns from scratch, but if there is any pattern available retail it sure is easier. I don't have a pre-existing garment to use as a guide.

Has anyone seen anything anywhere?

A long time ago I had a program on my computer called Dress Shop that would draft patterns to my measurments and specs (like collar round or pointy), then I would print the pattern on my printer. I got it at a sewing show back in the 90's.

Anyway, I did a search, and it's still out there and looks even better. It's pricy, but if you are sewing for your Pooh sized guy alot, it might be worth it.

Or check with the DISBoutiquers. Someone there might have the program already, and be willing to draft you the pattern.

That looks like a pretty cool program, I'll have to add it to my Lottery Wish List.

The guy isn't "mine" exactly, it's sewing for money, so I don't know that I'll be using the pattern but just this once. So I'm also trying to do it on the cheap.

I'll see about the Boutiquers, that might work. I'm also curious to know really if that program goes up that big... it says you can do doll clothes but it doesn't say how big it goes.
