Try taking a big tuck on each side, from the arm hole down to where it gets fluffy--I had to do that on one of my granddaughter's costumes many years ago. It shouldn't be too difficult to sew the sequins--but be sure to use a heavy duty needle. Good luck!

I took a peak at the costume and it looks really cute.

I'm new to the world of female dancers. So I don't know what to tell you. My son never gets to wear sequins. He'd really like to.

I know a duet costume came too big last year and the two girls had a seamstress attach the sequin spagetti straps together in the back. But it was only two girls so whatever you do to A's costume you want to make sure it still matches all the others.

It is a cute costume. When I first saw it I thought they were turning my 5 year old into a Vegas showgirl But they are cute in person and the little ones love them. I think if I just shorten the straps, it shouldn't be noticable. Let's hope

Part of the joy of going on a girls' only trip...adult beverages don't need to be limited Although Stacy and I aren't big drinkers so we stuck to one per meal! I think my Disney trips are the most I drink all year. Every restaurant has such yummy girly drinks (I don't drink wine or beer so that's right up my alley!)

I've never seen the leopards that close either. Actually one started running toward us. It was amazing. I thought they only had one?!?!

Got to try Yak & Yeti. It was completely delish!

I saw one in another TR and DISer Telynn made it today. I also already started bugging our good friend Tracie for a shirt DISign. It's all part of the surprise package we'll give her!!!

Yes, this is 7 months away. I'm nuts!

For instance, I worried about this today: I want to do the Photo Session at GF because I loved Jessica's pictures and I thought our trip was a great time to get Christmas card shots. I'm planning on going to 1900 PF for dinner on Aisling's actual bday so I figured I would try to get the photoshoot for an hour or so beforehand. BUT I also plan on letting Aisling do BBB on her bday which means she'll be all glammed up. Do I want family pictures with her all "boutiqued"????

See this is why I should NEVER, NEVER, NEVER be on emergency duty at work during a blizzard. I think about stupid things!

I love that you are so up on planning! I would think for the GF photoshoot you would want normal looking Aisling! Although it would be much more convenient to do it while you are there.

Oh my Disney family...I love you guys!!! Nobody else gets my insanity!

Maybe I could do the photoshoot first thing in the morning, do a BBB appt later in the day, and then she would look normal for the pictures. So much to work out!!! We do plan on 2 full days at MK so maybe we can do it another day. It's killing me that I can't plan my days until I know for sure when MNSSHP is going to be! I'm just so excited to try and pull off a surprise.

We did make it to China by 2pm. We got to Epcot with a little time to spare but not enough time to actually ride anything in Future World. The wait times were nuts. We went over to the Land to get a FP for Soarin’ and our return time was 8:56- 4 minutes before the park was closing! Needless to say, we never made it on Soarin.

We headed over to World Showcase and immediately saw 2 little kiddos in line for Mulan who looked mighty familiar. Turned out to be Heather (HeatherSue) and her family. Steph (Stephres) and her kiddos were also there and very quickly Piper arrived in her coach! Next up was Kathy (NaeNae) and her hubby. Cindee (Livindisney) and her family also arrived. Then Jessica and her crew, Tom and his lovely ladies, and Cathy and her friend swung by (before leaving us again). We had to wait awhile for some stragglers (Jeanne aka Jham and her crew and Tifani aka TBeri and her babies).

By the time we all arrived it was closer to 3-3:30. We just stood around outside of China gabbing and gabbing and gabbing. The vendor who sells puppets made a fortune off of our group- the kiddos all HAD to have them.

Here is a bunch of random photos of everyone hanging out. The pics are not very good since they are group shots but you get the idea of the the size of our crew- hanging out chatting. By the way, if I’m in the photos, obviously I didn’t take it! I stole it from another Disboutiquer's TR AND since they are better than I am at keeping up on their TRs, you may have already have seen them

We even got to see the bridge go up…I’ve never seen the bridge up!

After spending over 2 hours just gabbing, we decided to DO something as a group. Norway was the closest to Maelstrom won out! We all followed Jord- the unofficial mascot of the group

Princess Tessa was escorted by two young princes

Who almost came to blows to win her love- but quickly decided to share the Princess’s heart

I got a really creepy picture of the Disboutiquer boat:

After Maelstrom it was onto the “Official” part of the Meet…but WHERE would a party of 32 go????

Great update! Don't you mean stragglers, not stranglers? I TOLD you not to wait for me! I was dragging along 6 children, a DH, and a PREGNANT WOMAN for heaven's sake! I just love your pictures of Luke, Tessa and Dallas! No worries, they are the best of friends. I had no idea there even WAS a bridge there! Now I have to go back for sure!

All fixed...sorry about that! We weren't waiting "for you" per se. We just wanted to blame you since we hadn't gotten motivated to move for 2 hours

The bridge goes up when the bring in the boats for Illuminations. Cool huh? That definitely means you need to go back. Everyone needs to see the bridge up
