Getting up this morning at 7.45 seemed like a lie in after the last two days 6am alarm calls.
We stroll up to the Springs bus stop and only wait 4 minutes for the bus to Animal Kingdom. A short 10 minute bus ride and we are walking on to the park.
We pose for a couple of pics whilst we plan our day..
A very lazy day is agreed upon and we decide not to join the hordes rushing over to the safari and instead walk over to Dinoland. We use our FP for Dinosaur as soon as it opens up (well 10 minutes early as you can usually tap in early!)
After browsing around for a bit we fancy an early lunch as we skipped breakfast this morning. Paulet gets a sweet and sour chicken with choc mousse from Yak and Yeti and comes over to meet Jack and I at Flame tree BBQ as the seating area here is better. Jack has a BBQ pulled pork burger and I have the chicken/rib combo with key lime mousse.
As far as Quick Service goes, these meals are very tasty.
Feeling the need not to be thrown around after lunch we skip our FP for Everest and walk into Finding Nemo the musical. Great show which we had not seen before.
As the temperature climbs we use our FP for Kali River Rapids. Suitably soaked we dry off by having a slow wander around the Maharajah Jungle Trek.
Oh it's a hard life being a tigger!!
As we walk over towards the Lion King Show we stop for a few photos by the tree and then decide to jump into the next showing of a Bugs Life
We manage to squeeze into the next showing of Lion King and, what do you know?, we're in the giraffe section again (Every single time we've seen it!) making feeble sheep noises

One day we'll be Lions!!
Feeling that we've done all we want to here we have three hours to kill til our ADR at Sanaa so we hop onto the next bus to AKL to have a nose around.
Jambo House is certainly impressive, we grab some cupcake delights and lounge around the lobby taking it all in.
These tasty treats are: chocolate butter finger cupcake, choc chip muffin and a peanut butter brownie.
After a look at Boma (maybe next visit!) and Jiko (Not sure I can appreciate 'posh nosh') we walk across to Kidani Village and check in at Sanaa.
After a few minutes of admiring the Savannah views we are called in.
Despite not getting a window table the ambiance of the restaurant is superb and our server is very prompt and helpful. We start by ordering the Naan breads and a wine flight for both Paulet and I whilst Jack orders a beer, This is the only time in the whole holiday he gets asked for ID. Luckily we have been carrying photocopies of our passports for just this eventuality.
For entree's Paulet and I both order the Butter chicken, Chicken Vindaloo and Basmati rice trio, whilst Jack has the same but with Beef ShortRibs in place of the vindaloo. Paulet's arrives only lukewarm so we complain and a fresh dish is brought out minutes later, piping hot this time. The food is delicious. It gets a big thumbs up and recommendation from us.
Desserts are, a seasonal Kulfi for Jack and the dessert trio for me and Paulet.
After finishing up our drinks we pay up and head out to the bus stop. The bus for DTD arrives within 30 seconds!!!! so we jump on.
As we get off it would be a waste to walk straight back to the hotel and miss out on another 'Lava Lounge' visit. We like it in there and again bag a high top table by the lake.
A Bud for me, G & T for Paulet and a Sam Adams for Jack.
Then a nice easy stroll back to 'home'
