Seven Seas Lagoon area to Hoop De Doo Musical Review

We have dinner reservations at 8:30 at the Hoop De Doo Musical Review on the night we arrive there at Disney World. Our plan is to do a Monorail hotel tour before hand at the PR the CR and the GF then head on over to the Hoop De Doo. What is the best way to get to the Hoop De Doo from any of those hotels. Can we go by boat or do we need to bus. Also wondering how much time we should allot to get to the Hoop De Doo.

Finish your resort tour at the CR at approx 7:45 pm, walk out to the dock and take the boat to FW. Pioneer Hall is a short walk from the FW dock.
Boat ride is about 15-20 minutes, but you may have to wait a bit for a boat.
