DISigners delete their files from PB after a short period of time. You need to download them in a timely fashion or they will have been deleted. PB only allows a limited amount of image storage for free.... May 2nd was too long ago.... deletion dates have nothing to do with when DISers trips are scheduled.

And, next time you ask for a DISign like this you should indicate the dimensions as people do create journals in different sizes. thanks!
