I love warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream during the holidays. DH prefers pumpkins, which does smell good, I just don't care for it.

Mince, but not mince meat. This year it's going to be warm mince pie, German or Philadelphia style pumpkin butter cake, along with pumpkin pie, all made by me.

You have GOT to dish the recipe for the pumpkin butter cake!!! Just typing it sounds delish
