Services at Deluxe Resorts

We will be staying for the first time at the Wilderness Lodge in November. Can anyone tell me what services are available that you can not get at the moderates?

If you request it, can you get turn down service? Anything else?

Turn down service, help with PS's, etc. are usually only available if you purchase concierge service. Mostly the differences between deluxes and moderates are more transportation options, perhaps more of an immersive themed experience, and maybe larger bed configurations.

Bigger rooms
Larger choice of room configurations

Inside hallway room entry

Most of the deluxes also have upscale shopping areas, larger game arcades and child care facilities. The "water park" type swimming area, StormAlong Bay, is at a deluxe.
