Seriously in trouble!

This morning while walking into Panera Bread for a cup of coffee, I had a huge, stop walking Disney deja vu!

The ground was wet after a rainy early morning and disney type music was playing from the outdoor speakers. The outdoor furniture was wet and empty. I actually for a second saw myself walking down Main street on my way to an early ADR at CP after a florida rain!

Then I realized, I'm seriously obesssed! Only a fellow diser would understand!

The office where I used to work had a full-service cafeteria & every morning they would bake fresh cookies for the lunch crowds. The smell was EXACTLY like the smell that comes out of the Main Street bakery...sometimes if I was in a bad mood I would go over there & just sniff & daydream about past & future WDW trips. Sunscreen also gets me everytime...they say that the sense of smell has the strongest link to memory!

I was driving with my DBF on Sunday afternoon and just the way the sun was shining, it just reminded me of a day at WDW. I don't know why, but it made me really homesick for WDW.

Every day I get homesick for WDW!!!!! I would be at Disney 24/7 if I was allowed. My kids think I have lost it!!!!!! LOL
I love my Disney deju vu moments. I want more deju vu Disney moments. LOL

I confess that I go to a particular gas station in my area because it reminds me of Disney. Yes, a gas station. There's something about the colors, the overhead speakers, etc. that reminds me of being at certain places in Disney World. It makes having to stop and get gas a little more pleasant! And you are right...only a fellow Diser would understand.

Sunday on our way to a picnic , my DD came up to me and gave me a hug and said you smell like Disney then hugged me more. I had on the same bath and body spray I took on our last two trips. Oh I can't wait to get there , I talked about Disney that whole day.

I thought I was in trouble yesterday too!!! I was in the grocery store, pushing the cart around and in a somewhat-hurry. I noticed a woman shopping the same aisles as I was and she had on a shirt with a jacket over it, zipped up only halfway. Her shirt....and you could see the top part of it, was a Mickey shirt....

All I could think was "HIDDEN MICKEY!"

Around here, we are seeing a few love bugs. Who would have thought that a yucky little bug would bring such a smile to my face. My dd loves to play with the bugs that are "stuck together like at Disney World." Then, we always talk about something we saw or did at Disney and about when we go back.

There is certainly special magic about our bugs.

A few weeks ago we left our house early on a Sat morning and my DS commented on how it was a 'Disney morning'. The sun was shining, it was a little cool but you knew the sun would warm you up in an hour and there was a little breeze. It was like leaving the hotel bright and early to catch the bus to MK! I can't wait either but I can dream it ....6 months before we get to the Happiest Place On Earth!!!!!!!!!!! Deja vu until we arrive...I love it!

OMG, I thought I was nuts too. . .I was talking to one of our doctors this morning and he had on two pins. . .one was Doctor Mickey, the other was a set of mouse ears. . .we ended up having the greatest conversation about Disney. . .woo hoo. . .how wonderful it was to just chat with a live body.

On our way to an Indians game the other day, all I kept thinking about was how the smell of my kids sunscreen reminded me of our Disney trips. I could almost picture us there. Also, my son plays hockey so we have ALOT of early morning games. Everytime we get in the car to go, he always says that he wishes we were going to Disney. We drive to WDW, so we usually leave at 4am.

I know what you're going through!!! Almost everyday I have a Disney flashback!!! I even sent off for the vacation dvd so I can imagine myself there!! I hear certain songs or see a Disney commercial and I start to cry!! I was crying watching the dvd video!!!! Hey GoofyMomin Ohio, what part of OH are you from? I'm from Toledo!!!! God, I can't wait to go back!!!!! My fiancee even downloads Disney songs so we can listen to them in the car!! I'm so freakin excited!!!!! We're going in October for the food and wine festival...I heard it's really nice too!!!

I currently live in North Olmsted, near Cleveland. I grew up right on the lake in Port Clinton and worked for six years at Cedar Point. As for Disney fixes, my kids love to watch our vacation videos from Disney over and over and over again. We had to make copies of them because we wear them out (thank goodness they came up with DVDs)! My husband stopped asking what we do while he is at work because he knows that it has to do with Disney in some way... Disney videos, Disney scrapbooks, Disney Store, etc... My friends laugh at me because we mall walk several times a week and I have to stop at least once a day to look in the Disney Store windows.
