Seriously, Disney Again? A F&W Festival & MNSSHP PTR! *Updated 8/11*

If it's possible, going to the Disney outlets in Florida are the best places to buy pins, I think. You know for sure that they're all real (some of the ones on ebay are "scrappers"), AND you'd get to trade with the CMs there. They sometimes have better finds since they don't get as much traffic as the parks. I got the pin lanyard sets really cheap, so we have a TON of lanyards for when I need to change it up (the thinner ones get full of holes), but each pin was much cheaper (maybe only $1 each or so). Even though the ebay lots are cheaper, you just have to be careful which ones you get. Howard surprised me at the beginning, and we found a lot of fake pins that we couldn't trade.

Ooo, can't wait to see how you're going to put together the Russell costume! I think if we were ever going to do MNSSHP, I'd be stressing out about what costume to wear, but I guess I don't have to worry about that since I'll never be there at that time or go to the party. I love seeing how creative other people are though!

Great idea Rachel about the pins and going to an outlet in Florida. Since we will be heading down the day before we should be able to hit up at least one. I hope we can get Olivia into the trading because it will give her an opportunity to meet new people.

I am still trying to figure out what to be myself but I am going to make it to say the least. I thought about going as scrump from Lilo & Stitch but need to just make sure that's what I want to go as. Might be an easy costume to make.

And thanks about the move. I am packing up Olivia's room and going through all of her toys which she is not happy about but she has a ton of toys, books and stuffed animals and it's time we purged all of them together. She did set aside a stack of books for two of her little cousins that she has outgrown. She is really proud of doing that. We promised her a nice game for the X box 360 and we promised her some extra special surprises at Disney World.

Bummed Out​

So I just read online where Mickey's Philharmagic, Carousel of Progress and Astro Orbiters are all going to be in Refurb while are down there at Disney. I'm so bummed about Mickey's Philharmagic because that's one of my favorite things to do! It's like an easy sit down show that I can sing along to and enjoy myself. Yep I get giddy over it. And yes I sing along to all the songs. I'm pretty sure I get looks at but I don't care at all! I'm at Disney World and one of my favorite parks, Magic Kingdom!!!

So here is to riding new rides and taking Olivia to a few things that she has never done before. We are looking at staying at POR the day before we check in at Pop Century for our week long stay and I believe we are going to be leaving on the 20th and driving through the night. That way we have a day to hangout in Downtown Disney, go hit the outlets like Vera Bradley and Disney Store and also have a good pool day. Since we have ressies at Trail's End we figured staying on sight might be the way to do it. Plus we can resort hop too which means maybe I can go explore BLT or GF. You never know when I will get to stay there...I'm hoping and praying it's in February. But not sure yet.

I'm still trying to come up with a good halloween costume for myself but not having any luck. I've also been working on packing up the house which is no fun at all. I have been working little by little and honestly I'm pretty sure I will complete it the day we move which is going to be on August 30th. Yay! Finally!!! We are going to be back to what I call civilization and no military around. I don't mind living near a town with a lot of traffic but honestly I'm tired of all the shootings and missing children in our area that it's time to go back home.

So if I don't get to update at all this week have no fear I'm still around and reading the boards. I'm just packing up and cleaning out and let's see getting ready to move out of this house back into mom and dad's house! We will have the entire upstairs to ourselves which I am looking forward to!

It's almost time for our trip! We are down now to single digits people!!!!!

I feel like I have neglected this PTR but we have moved and been trying to get settled in some. I have put some boxes away but still have several to put away or either to go put into storage. The storage unit is nice but I told my hubby that we should have gotten a larger unit now!

Since the move took longer than expected, I didn't get to make Jason's Halloween Costume for MNSSHP! So now I'm trying to figure out what to make him and me. Olivia has changed her mind and wants to be Anna but we are still having a hard time finding a costume for Frozen. I know it's very popular this year but geesh. This is ridiculous!

I will be working on cleaning the house, doing laundry and packing this week. I will also be working on completing my homework for the next two weeks so that while in Disney I won't have to worry about it. I'm still bringing my macbook with us just hiding it is all!
