Series of Unfortunate Events Fans Here!!!! (no end spoilers)

I was just wondering how many Disers have read/are reading Lemony Snicket's A Series Of Unfortunate Events...because I just finished book 13 (The End) and since the only people I know that read the series have not read the last one yet, I want someone to discuss it with! No spoilers yet if you haven't gotten to the end...just post here if you read it and what book you are on. I hope to see some more fans of the best series ever (Next to Harry Potter...well, I dont know which is better!) here on DIS!!!!

Series of Unfortunate Events fan here!! Reporting for duty!! Haven't yet finished the 13th book, about half way done. Can't wait to finish it, but right now I have to work on a book for school. The reading assignment couldn't have come at a better time, huh?

Edit: I guess you can tell that I'm a fan because of my tag-ish-thingy. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeaah..........

YAY Another couple'a Fans ! Read The ending. Very Cute ( thats not a spoiler is it ? ) Yup. Im a big big fan. A little angry at the movies though. Randomly pulled up a spyglass from the ground.. :S

Yeah what is up with the movie? I mean, I liked it. I saw it after I had only read the first book. I still like it, but are they going to make more movies? It ended like there could be a sequel, or not. Some of the stuff in the books wouldn't translate well onto the screen.

I also dont get some stuff from the last book, but I'll wait until everyone has finished it....hint hint!

I love those books! I'm currently reading the 13th one.

But you know what's really cool? I read the 5th book, and half of the 6th book when I was in Disney World a few years ago. I remember sitting in my bed in Pop century, listening to that top 10 count down thing, and reading (it was like 4:30 am, I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep)

Just the best series ever its about 3 kids from a rich family and there parents die in a fire they get shipped to some fake reletive that wants to get the oldest orphan to marry him some how and so he can get the family money but they keep getting passed on to VFD Members instead of real family members read on thats all ill give

I used to like those books, but now Snicket's only purpose seems to bore you to death with annoying pointless text... Like that one bit with the word dark used so many times in one of MiakodaWDW posts several weeks (or months...) ago. There was also the endless mount of "very's" in I think the fourth... Something like the very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very...(two pages later)...very very very very very end.
That or something about "every". LOL I'll get the 13th to see the end of it, but don't expect a reread, little book.
