September Fantasmic Dining Package Unavailable?

Hi everyone! I just called to book our ADR's for our upcoming trip in September (180 days from arrival was today) and had no trouble getting any of the restaurants we wanted. Except for one thing, the CM I spoke with said that there was no Fantasmic dinner package available on our day (Sept. 22nd). Not that it was completely booked, but that it was unavailable. (This was for Hollywood & Vine, so I asked about Mama Melrose, also unavailable) She said to call back and check another time. I went ahead and booked a table for 4:35(in the Fatasmic time frame) and said I would call back to check on it later.

I went online to the Dining Reservation website to check on it there. And it would not even let me select ANY day in September for the Fantasmic Dining Package It would let me select Aug. 29th, the last Fantasmic in August, but not from September.

Any one know what's up?

Sometimes there is a delay in releasing the F! dining packages. I would continue to check back with the reservation agents.

Thanks Cafeen, but I tried that with the same result.

I guess they just haven't opened these up yet. When they delay them like, anyone know how long it takes for them to release them?

I booked on Tuesday an Fantasmic dining package for the 22nd September so you should be able to book it.

It was the only booking that was short of timeslots though and I was online at 10am here in the UK which worked out at 5am in the USA, the time I read was the earliest I could booked my reservation.

Did you do it at disneyworld.com/dining and then under Dining Event? I just tried booking for the 29th also, using the 0, and it didn't work for me. It said it was outside the 180 range. Which is true because my trip starts on the 9/24 and my 180 days for ADRs is Monday.

I tried again just now and there is nothing available on the 22nd but the 25th of September has lots of spaces in all 3 restaurants.

I hope you manage to book one that is suitable for yourself.

can go very fast. It might be for your date that the vacationers just before your 180 day mark booked all available slots for that day before you could even try.

I usually plan my schedule based on when I can get the Fantasmic package. Try another date while you are there and see if that will work.

Royal Table reservations for the castle dining can be the same way. Some reservations are very hard to come by.

This is why I love the dining website bookings; because, you can play around with dates and times and see what's available.

Thanks for the replies. I just called back and it seems that they are all booked up for the 22nd. That's really the only Fantasmic day that we can work with, so I guess we'll just have to go with it. Thanks again!

That's odd b/c I booked a F dining package for Sept 8th with no problem at all 180 days out. I have since cancelled it, but still, don't know why you got the run-around for your date.

In the past, they used to hold back some ADRs for the Fantasmic package and would release more (later times) as the date got closer.

If you link your package with your dining, it will let you do the +10 days allowing you to book all your ressies at once. It should prompt you to enter your confirmation number which will then allow you to book.

Yeah I'll be doing this, thanks. I wasn't sure if the PP had done this or if he/she were able to book F! package outside of 180 days.

Yes i booked at disneyworld.com/dining under dining event, i had to put my resort reservation number in .

I called yesterday and got my Fatasmic package (mamma melrose's- late lunch) for 9/15 no problem. I wonder what the hubub is on 9/22!

I got the F dinner package on 9/22 but had to do lunch instead of dinner. It wouldnt except my dates initially but after entering my dates multiple times I was able to get it. How many are in your party? We have 5 so it seemed harder to get a table. I tried 2 and 4 and there was tables available. (that was last week)
