Hey everyone!

I am so happy to report that we are paying our trip deposit this evening for this cruise! We have cruised on Disney Magic in 2000 for our honeymoon, and now we are planning this trip with our two kids. We got a taste of Disney last year as we went on our first trip to Disney World. Our girls were on and it was so magical to see the looks on their faces as they experienced it all!

Here's our information...
-Names, Gender and Ages of Cruisers: Jill (me), Nick (DH), Ella (7) and Ava (4)
-Hometown: Lincoln, NE
-Stateroom(s): 8166 (as of right now...looking for a starboard side cabin in 8C)
-Dinner Seating: Late dining, early show

Looking forward to learning from you experts and veterans out there...it's been a long time since we have cruised, and never with kids. Looks like we have a great group already and I am so excited to get to know you all.

Welcome to the group!! Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. I am sure we can offer the needed information. Some of it may be educated guesses as this is a new larger ship and DCL may change how they do things. But none the less we can make a guess.

ABSOLUTELY!! We would love to get together with fellow Dissers and start the fun rolling on the 21st. We've done this for every Disney cruise thus far, and it's a great tradition to continue.

Have enjoyed both FishLips and Grills, so either works for us.

Hope you had a great time. How were the fireworks? I've heard they are fabulous on the 4th. We had our DGD down for a short trip 2 weeks ago. Stayed at BCV and BLT. Her 1st visit to BLT, and she loved it, but she loves them all.

I'll let you know how AKL is...we are staying there this September when we go for MNSSHP!

Thanks for the welcome. We're really looking forward to sailing on the new ship and meeting all of you.

We will be staying at AKL for 7 nights starting August 28th. DVC friends from Treasure Island (near Tampa) are celebrating their 25th anniversary, and we're gonna help. When we check out there, we head to HHI to celebrate my birthday.

Wishing everyone has a great 4th of July weekend Alan, RJ and I are going to go to two Farmers Markets on Saturday ( I love fresh vegetables and fruit!) and on Sunday we are going to see the movie "Cars", have a BBQ and then watch fireworks.

I have also booked our pre-cruise stay at WDW and our post cruise stay at WDW after the September 2012 Fantasy cruise. Alan and I can't wait to see everybody on this cruise board

We are going to fly into Orlando on September 19th, 2012 and then going straight to WDW Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort. I plan on swimming, eating and then swimming some more! We should try to meet if your schedule permits. That would be fun

I had to book an after trip for my husband to make the shock of leaving the Disney Ship "Fantasy" a little easier for him. We will spend 5 days at WDW at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. We have never stayed there before. I hope their swimming pool is good

I think the Beach Club has the best pool on property
You will like the pool at the AKL, we stayed there a few years ago just beautiful.

You sure can join us, welcome aboard.....you will love Disney Cruise line and the Fantasy. Sorry really can't give you any suggestions on a cabin love them all, as long as I'm on the ship I'm happy. I can say I love the aft of the ship closer to most of the restaurants and a great view of the ports when the ship backs in.
