We will be there! We're from St.Louis.
Me: Terry Age 38
my wife: Esther Age 38
Our kids
Cassie - will turn 9 when on board!
T - age 4
Stateroom 2521
We have late dining. Not sure if that was a good decision though.
Welcome aboard! I have two girls who will be 9 and (just turning) 5 when we sail. And we will be neighbors - you are in the cabin right across from us! We are in 2522! My MIL is actually in the cabin right next to yours

You can always request to be switched to main dining once you're on board if you decide it's too late to be eating. We always do main dining, but there are a lot of people that enjoy the late seating!
1 month until we are in WDW. Finally, seems we've been waiting for so long here. It's encouraging for the cruise! lol
I know what you mean! Sept 23rd can't get hear soon enough! We have our girls' costumes all ready to go for MNSSHP and we are so excited to be staying at AKL!
Our cast of characters:
Darcy (me)
Tom (DH)
Jordan (DD - 10 almost 11 when we cruise)
Aidan (DS - 10 almost 11 when we cruise)
We live in CT, have 2nd dining and are in room 6572
This will be our 3rd cruise and we will be celebrating our 16th anniversary. Looking foward to the new ship...I think.I am on the fence about wanting to see the new ship and thinking it is SO much bigger than the Wonder & Magic....we shall see!
Can't wait to catch up on all the pages....
Welcome! This is going to be an exciting year of planning and getting to know everyone for sure!
We are a family of 4. There's myself (Danielle), husband (James), our 13 year old daughter (Jaimie Leigh), and our 8 year old son (Andrew). We live in Ontario, Canada.
Ohh, we have stateroom 9662 and are eating at main dining. I'm not sure if we would prefer second dining or not. Our family is used to eating around 5-6pm. But some posts indicate that main dining could make you late for the evening entertainment. What is your take on that?
Welcome! We are at main dining. Of all the cruises we have been on, we eat at main dining and have never been late for the show in the evening. I'm sure that you have nothing to worry about. Once the Fantasy sets sail, we will hear more information, though.
OK so who on here actually prefers Disney Cruises to staying at WDW for an equal amount of time? Just wondering how the cruises match up. It'll be my first cruise.
As much as I love Disney World, nothing beats DCL. At Disney, I feel like I'm always on the go and am exhausted at the end of the day. (Not complaining, though!) On DCL, it is so relaxing. Even though there is a ton of things to keep you busy, I never feel like I am dog-tired at the end of the day! A wonderful wonderful wonderful vacation!
