I really.....really hope D23 gives us a date on Lincoln. I hope its opens before October because its still hot at the resort and its a great place to beat the heat.

I would hope so but I think Lincoln maybe closed until the 70th celebration starts. I think the display in the Gallery and Lincoln are tied to that.

That would be insane

I hope not. Like just close that area until then but the attraction? That would be to me....very upsetting unless they are really redoing lots

If its the rumored Walt being added, thats a few months at max but if they are redoing the entire show I guess I could see why it could be down for longer

I suspect the 70th celebration will begin in late fall.

I just...would doubt that

Why do that when early 2025 will need a boost? Normally Fall and the end of the year is very busy for the parks, so would surprise me if they started it that soon.

But anyway, D23 is only weeks away we will know soon hopefully on both the 70th and this attraction

If they do a 15 month celebration for the 70th it would. WDW 50th was 18 months.

Crossing all my fingers and toes the monorail (yes I know it closes in the afternoon anyway) and railway get back up mid September. These would be some of the highlights for my narrowly focused kid.

Does Disneyland ever say what they are doing to the rides? Seems like there's a lot of speculation. Like, if they were getting new monorail cars with AC, would that be a whole announcement? Any chance of that happening?

I doubt the monorail is getting air conditioning when there is so much else to be done/repaired/updated in the parks. Maybe when that big cash register for Disneyland Forward opens up….

It will be a year promotion at least. The 60th promotion (minor) was over 12 months.

Go to the calendar page on the website, choose a date, and scroll down to the bottom where the Closed for Refurbishment section is. For example, here are the DL Park details for September 6th:

If you're on Android, hit the hamburger menu on the bottom. Scroll down to Park Hours & Info and hit that. At the top, swipe left on the day of the week to advance the calendar, and then click on a day to select.

The Entertainment schedule isn't there, but Hours and Refurbishments are.

Wait, what's the deal with this? Early entry for Disneyland is listed as "Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday" but the daily calendar for Friday September 6th shows early entry at Disneyland.
