Sept weather and crowds

I was wondering what you guys thought about the weather and crowds for sept?

The crowds are less in September because the kids are back in school.

Free dining is happening during September so it will be moire crowded than usual.

The weather is still HOT and September is our busiest hurricane month but, we have had a mild summer storm wise, but it has been CRAZY hot.

How is that for a great non-answer?

I am going down after labor day for a few days for work. Touring plans has it listed very low. I figured it would still be hot.

To sum it up in a less confusing Kevin way.

September = Hot, humid, very managable crowds (especially if you get up for park openings), and depending on your timing, love bugs!

we were there 2 years ago in early september ....
it was a sudden unscheduled trip (for my daughter's call-back)....
we were pleasantly surprised by the ghost-town appearance of the parks...
and while there was free dining at the time, the restaurants were far from full (we walked into every meal with no advance reservations)...
the only minor issue was the two nights of Night of Joy in the middle of it, but it wasn't really a problem....and if we went back at the same time, we might consider attending - it looked really nice (we could hear the music from the GF where we were staying)....

Does Khat Kam go out and about during the Sept heat? I would love to have a sighting during our end of Sept trip. Almost like spotting a rare character. Does Bob pose for photos with the Khat? A little ot I know. GO Khat Kam!!

We went last Sept , the last week, let me see was it hot? YES, and very HUMID! The crowds were managable. Get to the parks at opening is my best advice. Have a great time during your visit and say hi to mickey and minnie!

We were there September 5 - 13 last year and never waited more than 10 minutes for any attraction...and we do them all...at least twice. The restaurants were a little more crowded is all. It was HOT AND HUMID...but we didn't mind as we took an afternoon dip at the pool.
