ME!! ME!! ME!!

There is a really good thread on the crafting, cropping board (whatever it's called) that explains the "rules" I have to get the girls settled with lunch and to nap and then I'll try to find it. I'll do anything not to clean the house today!!

I met Stacy in JoAnn's this morning. They had some ok deals, but they honored Mike's 20% total purchase so I made out pretty good. Bruce robbed the place though. We bought 3 yards of material to re-cover my fireplace bench. It was 14.99 a yard. So, the ticket said $45. I handed him the 50% off one item coupon and the fabric and told him to pay that seperately, since my coupon was 20% off the entire order, I bought everything else. So, we met at the car, drive home and he hands me the receipt. $8 something. WHAT??? He was like I didn't even look at the total, I don't know how much this stuff is supposed to be, you told me to pay, I paid, you're always mad at me about something! He still didn't understand. I was like you just paid $8 and you were supposed to pay $24, that was regularly $45!!! I guess the girl only charged us for 1 yard at half off. I felt bad, but not bad enough to drive the half hour all the way back there and "confess".

Wow, it took me long enough, but here is the thread over on the craft board with the circle journal "rules" http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=906861&highlight=circle+journal

I guess they also open up a yahoo group to communicate with each other without boring the rest of the group. I'm guessing we'll need to do that too. That will come in handy b/c with a yahoo group you get your own chat room!

I heard last night that a group can be in chat through the disboards anytime. I think it was Amy who said that. So, couldn't we just meet up there once in a while?

The less places I have to travel, the better. Unlike Diana, the shopping/mapping/organization queen!!!!

yeah, the chat is always out there. So, as long as an organized chat isn't going on, we can go over there. So, if we are ever all on "chatting" away here, we can go over to chat for a live version, instead of waiting for posts here. I don't know why it took me a year to think of that, until Mary asked about it for this coming Saturday morning.

Yea, and you got me over to the CB and I ended up replying to a post about vaccuums!! I need to stay back over here where I belong and not venture over there again. Well, it was for a good cause, so maybe this once was ok!
