We are wondering about that Michaels sale here for framing. We were discussing having it done there too.

Mark, love your idea and can't wait to see your product.

The art done by Grandma Lightbulb is fantastic! I would never have been able to think of doing anything like that.

We booked the double dip cruise for next year in October. Will be joining up on their thread soon. I can't believe they have had that going for 2 years already. Wow! what a group.

I'm mailing mine tomorrow or Wednesday.....as soon as I leave the house again!

I'm joking, you guys are so great for doing this to begin with! No need to light any fires.....just have ohiominnie send the birds over to your house!

I have my pics on a CD but I don't have Amy's address :confused3
Well I'll send a quick PM to her and off to bed I go. Night all!

I'm somewhat crafty too but I don't know about cutting my own mats. That might be beyond my expertise.
We would definatley need to lay off the Konk Kollers if we try to do it ourselves!!!

I don't think we can be trusted with sharp objects and konk koolers!

Did I tell you Bruce almost cut off his finger yesterday with the hedge clippers?? He had 4 gashes on 1 finger and a bunch of stitches.....he's lucky he still has a finger.

The hardest part of mat cutting is not cutting it to size but making those neat straight bevel cuts for the openings to what you're presenting. I use a metal straight edge as my guide for the cutting tool. Takes a lot of time and figuring with measuring tape.

Mark did a great job of framing our Ducky Williams print from December. I'm excited by the plan he has for this one.

Yikes! Hope he's ok!

Glad he's going to be okay and still has a finger. Yikes! :earseek:

Diana, you better get him a pair of safety scissors to use next time. ;)

Could you imagine trimming the hedges with safety scissors? :rotfl2: It was so scary because I was riding on the mower (which is my FAVORITE household chore!) and I turn around and see blood spurting all over him! :earseek: :faint: He's ok. He didn't want to go to the hospital, he wanted to finish mowing the lawn first. :confused3 I guess we all have our priorities......

I forgot to tell you all. We got our fish extender from Mrs. Lips yesterday! So now we are ready for our next cruises!

Don't tell Walker that it's not a good idea. He's more than willing at times to help out with his. ;)

I imagine it was. I would have been in a panic. I don't do well in situations like that. :earseek:

I wonder what else Mrs. Lips has up her sleeves that we might need? ;)

Not sure but she is a pleasure to do business with! I've already received and left positive feedback.

I received our stuff rather quickly too.

I'm always a bit leary to buy through ebay or websites for that matter that I don't know. Not everyone is as they appear. But, Mrs.Lips does good.

YEAH mrs.lips!! :cheer2:
I think we should invite mrs.lips to the next member cruise! I'm sure she has the cash for it!

Wow - I like the idea of matting my litho - hope you'll post your accomplished pieces - I'm a visual person - so I would love to see what everyone does.

Granma Lightbulb's memory box is awesome!!!

Am I too late to sign up for the CD exchange - I would love to see everyone's pictures - I don't have as many as some of you I'm sure but sure would like to participate. Can I, can I, can I????

It was fun to show off my Disney house to John and Gail when they came to pick up their stuff - someday I'll have this place all cleaned up again and maybe even take some pics of my stuff. :wave2:

I wonder if she has any clue about the fan club she has going on here? If I knew how she would take it, I'd clue her in. :flower:

No, you're not late at all. Just send me a PM and I'll send you our address. Send us the pics that you have, and we'll be compiling them all and sending them back to everyone. We don't know how many CDs or DVDs it's going to take yet, so we're not going to know the cost for the supplies & shipping until we get everyone's picture CDs.

Boy, oh boy, the chatty girls are back, huh??? I just love this thread and hope that it never dies down. I LOVE chatting with you guys!!!

I have a busy, busy day today. Luckily, Emily has ballet class today, and daddy is picking her up so that he can get pictures of her and her class. Then, he's taking her to home depot to pick up some new sprinkler heads because our lawn is turning brown. So, I have the whole day with just Madison and I have a huge list to do.

I need to clean up the house, because one of my sorority sisters from Las Vegas is coming to visit tomorrow morning. I also have 2 scrapbook circle journals to put entries in, and I want to make a quick brag book of our family because tomorrow night I'm getting together for dinner with several of my sorority sisters that just happen to be in central FL to visit and I know that everyone will want to see pictures!!

Plus, I have to wrap birthday presents for 3 upcoming parties, not including Emily's.

Oh me, oh my!!! Tons & tons to do, and I'm sitting her trying to avoid it all.

Hey, did everyone see the DVC Bubbles & Brunch at Citricos? Chris and I are thinking about doing it on 10/30. We don't want to bring the girls, since it's a lot of money to spend on them being SO young. So, we need to check with either my mom or Chris's brother to either leave them at home with my mom. Or, see if Chris's brother wants to take the girls to Disney, then we'll meet up with him later after brunch.

Boy, I guess I'm talking to myself. Everyone must have gone to do their daily stuff. I guess that means that I should too. I'll check back later to see where everyone is.
