Very seldomly do I listen to the news but it's on right next to me so I have no choice.

Six Flags theme parks are all for sale!

Hopefully the new owners will have heard of the concept of soap and brooms...

We went this summer and when we left, I said to Gary, anyone who complains about how expensive WDW is hasn't been to Six Flags. We spent a ton just for the day.

I agree, soap and brooms are not in the inventory.

We went to Hurricane Harbor. Everyone else changed in my van, not me, I was going to do it a better way. God, those changing areas were disgusting. It was amazing that I didn't catch something in there.

Made me appreciate WDW even more!

IMHO, Six Flags is truly disgusting. I doubt we would go if someone were to give us free tickets. We always end up in a bad mood, unsatisfied and feeling like we've caught some icky disease.

Six Flags really isn't another Disney.

Well, it's official, we're all sick with colds. Emily is coughing and has a stuffy nose. Chris has a sore throat. I'm all stuffed up. I'm sure when Maddie wakes up, she'll be sick too. At least we have a week to get healthy!!!

Ok guys, it's official. There is NO way I can keep up with this thread!

Whilst I am not deep into packing yet, we do homeschool and I'm cramming in school so we can justify taking two weeks off so early in the year! The school day suffers when I give the kids constant breaks so that I can catch up on the thread. Keeping up with all you chatty ppl is like a full time job!

I'll try to check in now and again, but I may just read the last several posts each time. I suspect I'm not the only one with too much to do and not enough time to do it.
