Sept 4-8 2005 Wonder S.S. Member Cruise! Part 2

Our plane lands at MCO at 12:58 so we wont be out of there till almost 1:30 I suppose. Not planning on checking any luggage and Dale and Karen are going to pick us up at the airport. and then we will head out to the port.

Havent checked for Docs yet here in Kankakee I will when I get home in 40 min or so.

Wow, you're brave!! I'm lucky that I don't have to fly, but I would be nervous flying in that late. But, I guess that everything should go well as long as there are no surprises. I'm such a worry-wart though!!!

Well the UPS guy has made it thru the corn fields of NE Indiana to Fort Wayne and we have docs! Now I'm really excited....Good Luck to all of you who are still waiting. BTW, the box said 3 day select shipping, maybe that's why it is taking so long for some of us to get them.

Hi! I think we're going to be the last one's to get our doc's! I just called DCL and they just sent them out yesterday and said it will take 2-3 business days!!! I guess as long as they get here by the 31st, we're okay - so I'm not going to worry? On the other hand, I'm still a little concerned about Northwest's mechanics going on strike! Ugh, I'll be so ready for a konk kooler!

Oh, and count me in with the scrapbooking "goodie bags" (or whatever they're called)!!!!

12:58 must be a popular time! Our flight on Delta from Huntsville is scheduled to arrive at that time on Saturday.

I was talking to MS. I think the CM checked since I was changing my transportation. I wouldn't call just to check on docs just yet though. They do get mailed in shifts. If you don't have them by the middle of next week, then call.

I received my documents Via UPS yesterday! I actually received 2 packages - one was the DVC cruise documents and the other was from Paper Mate! I was a grand prize winner and the grand prize was an Apple 4GB iPod mini!! I was excited to get the cruise documents but the iPod mini was a bonus!! Annmarie

Congratulations on the ipod and receiving the docs!!! We're still waiting on our docs. We're close by in Hull Hopefully we'll get them by the end of the week. I'm so anxious

Nope, no docs yet. If nothing shows by tomorrow when we leave to go north for the weekend, I'll have to call in a family favor for someone to drop by to check on Sat. Don't want them sitting out all weekend.

My 2 adult guys have never been on the Disney cruise, so I am so loking foward to spending time with them and a little private time with DH also.

Wow, now that's the kind of company people love to work for... the kind that gives everyone an early day so that you can prepare for your cruise!!!

SCRAPBOOK EXCHANGE.....

On the PC cruise, we did an informal scrapbook exchange after the scrapbook class. The question was asked of me, so I am posting to see if there is interest. There is no obligation to participate. Here is how it worked on the PC cruise.

Each person that wanted to participate purchased no more than $20 worth of scrapbook "stuff" from their part of the country. It didn't have to be Disney stuff, but there was Disney stuff exchanged. Then you put your "stuff" in a bag and brought it to the class and then at the end of the class your name went in a hat and then as your name was drawn you went and picked out another bag of "stuff" that someone else had bought.

About 30 of us participated and we all had a bunch of great new stuff to bring home.

So......................anyone want to participate in this at the end of the class?

Congrats on your docs getting there. The "Gully Washer" hit Knoxville last night and now we are just plain muggy. Hoping Saturday will bring sunshine my son is in a dragon boat race at Volunteer Landing to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank.

Did I read that you will be at SSR? We will be there before the cruise. I will look for you and your lime green hair bow.

I'm in but a tad bit concerned about what I should include so if anyone can provide hints or suggestions as I don't want my bag to STINK!
