My God I was confused just reading this lol Hopefully itll all be sorted out. Just stay calm and keep remembering at least youre on the ship!

Yeah I know. It is confusing. LOL
The thing is I didn't realize DCL would let you book, in the same names, more than one room. so I thought when it let me book that first one- that must mean that my travel agent hadn't gotten around to "us" yet since I know they are doing a ton of bookings today.
But now that I've booked THREE rooms- two of those with the same names- I realize they do let you do that! So my TA may have snagged us one room, as originally told to do, -I'll have to figure it all out later which rooms to keep and which to cancel. I hate that I have an extra room tied up though. Ohwell it will open up a chance later for someone- like tomorrow or something. LOL

Indicate your dinning request along with the basic medial reason and you should be switched. DM was moved to early due to her Diabetes, even though there was "no" space for her be moved.

I'm just sad and loved seeing her every day lol. It was so weird the first few times and then I remember seeing you out one day without her and it being a real "why hasnt she got the dog with her" moment.

Did you come and meet her?

I never took her off the ship until Castaway Cay, since she's not mine I didn't want to risk getting her sick on something in one of the cities, plus if it was hot for me it has to be worse for her, so she was quite happy being in the room with Jojo checking on her!

On one of the formal nights I did. We saw her loads though every day pretty much on board.

Definately the right thing about taking her off at the ports. It was boiling hot in some of them anyway and the last thing you want is her to get ill

AW, thanks! Press will be leaving us in two weeks, she's going back to school to finish her education and hopefully will be a working girl in about 6 months. We have a new puppy, her name is Star.

If we are lucky Press will be chosen for breeding and will come back to us to foster. She's such a sweetie we would really like that, but we know there might be different plans for her. I'm gonna miss her a lot.

I still haven't heard back from my TA, so I thought I'd go online and check my dummy reservation to see if it had changed and yes it did!

Now I just need to hear from my TA to see how much we owe!

We have first seating for our reservation. Maybe the TA didn't check the box. I know on the DCL website you have to select First seating even when it is avalible.

I can imagine! I love dogs, I don't own one, but my family does dog-sit for a cocker spaniel and a cocker spaniel/king charles mix. They are so cute and entertaining!

We used to have 2 West Highland terriers but they both died a few years back. They were so lovely and brother and sister so it was nice they at least went close together so that the one didn't miss the other for too long. It was sad though! HAven't got another dog yet but hopefully by the me and DBF will have found a house (though will be rented) and you never know I might be able to have another!

OK so emailed Disney regarding the $1200 deposit I was charged and recieved back a breakdown of prices for the cruise and that the deposit would be $600 for the two of us. I have therefore emailed back! My God!

Hey Thistle - saw you a couple of weeks ago at the Beach Club with your beautiful dogs. Glad you booked the TA! I told you it would be coming up!!!!

10-, 11-, 12-, 14-cruise

Categories 1-3 = $800.00 pp (Non-Refundable)

Categories 4-12 = $600.00 pp

Please note final payment is due 150 days prior to sailing for categories 1-3 and 120 days prior to sailing for categories 4-12.

As you have two people the 50% off amount is $300.00 per person.

Well, we snagged one of the last two Category 3's available..
We are in Room 8582... Maybe THIS time I will get a High Tea at Palos Oh an we have 2nd seating with a Request for 8pm.. Main is too early for us to eat..

This will be DH & My.. umm.. counts on fingers.. and toes.. well by this date as of now.. our 12th cruise on DCL.. but ya never know, it is 2 years away and lots of time to book more in between..

We were charged $1,600 for a deposit.. $800 per person.. Looks like we paid Full Price and Not 50% off for our deposit..
