Don't forget my FE! I'm looking forward to it! Safe travels and enjoy the Med.I said I was going to pack last weekend, but here I am ONE day before leaving and NO cases packed!
No, we do not tip them. Here it's normal to that whitout getting a tip.
We do it when we are going out eating but it's a few euro not 10% of the bill.
And the cleaningguy or girl is getting a few euro's, but that's all.
Ofcourse they do like it when you tip them, but it's not normal over here.

What about tipping the taxi driver in Madeira?
I am thinking that perhaps people don't have the facility to properly wash their own cups, or at least to hygenic standards. If the cups touch the outflow of the drinks machines, maybe they think the bugs will cross contaminate.
That is definitely the reason.
I agree on the ecological thing, but the cruise lines have a major job with containing tummy bugs and do try their best.
I guess the paper cups might go for recycling, but don't know for sure. The hot drink cups wouldn't though.
Right now the DCL website says:
DisneyCruiseLine.com is currently undergoing maintenance.

Currently, we're making things even better at DisneyCruiseLine.com, so please be sure to check back here soon. We appreciate your patience and look forward to sailing with you soon.
In the meantime, if you need to plan and prepare for an upcoming Disney cruise, please visit the Planning Center. We also invite you to explore all of the magic that awaits you onboard our entire fleet of Disney Cruise Line ships, in addition to the cruises and destinations we currently offer.
So, maybe they caught on about their mistake with the Dream WBTA.
