but.. if we have to be out our apartment at 11am, can we go straight to the ship? 15 mins away?

Has Disney given the same answer twice to whether you can get of the ship again or not?

We are catching an 11am bus from our hotel to the port!

I am sooo excited for this cruise I cannot tell you - well, I have told you and I know you all are just as excited!

I just read on the main board that Brent isn't on the Magic right now. He's apparently taking some time off. Will be back for a short while in December and then on the Dream for a couple of months before becoming DCL Entertainment Director in Celebration.

We had our spa day today and it was amazing. We both had booked a neck, back and shoulder massage, but this morning I was given the option to have a facial, shoulder massage and scalp massage instead and I went for this option. We then had a couple of hours to use the gym and pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, before I had my second treatment, which was the Ginger and Lime Salt Glow. It was absolutely divine. I also found out that they do a hot stone massage after all (it was removed from the price list about 6 months ago) and I booked myself in for this on September 10th. Looks like Captain Mickey is not getting any of my spa Dollars this time round.

After the last treatment, I met up with Graham again and we had a lovely Japanese meal near the spa...

What a fab day!!! I am thinking of booking a few pre-cruise treatments at my local spa too. They have some great offers on at the moment - including the seaweed wraps that I love at a heavily discounted rate...

Then we slowed down a little. Got a call from my dad telling me my aunt passed away last night. It was something we knew was coming, she is now at peace.

Two weeks from today we head out on our journey to Barcelona and beyond. Our days are filled with work (for DH) and other miscellaneous chores (for me). Maybe someday I'll pack. Seriously, it's time to get serious about suitcases and details. When I read what everyone else is up to I feel a bit guilty so I promise I'll get to packing.

I am going to kick my diet up a notch for the last 2 weeks as I wasn't happy with how I looked in the dress I wore for the wedding yesterday. There was also a problem with the "magic knickers" I ordered from the internet as they seemed to come up to my neck which wasn't quite the look I was hoping for. I will be starting Slimfast on 1st September for sure .... and hopefully exercising a bit more as I have really let it slide of late!

I have had a very BAD weekend - mainly because, for the first time in almost a year, my brain went MIA and I 'forgot' I can't eat wheat!!! I demolished a Big Mac and it wasn't until it was almost finished that I realised what I'd done!!! And I've paid the price... So I'm 100% focused on the STRAIGHT & NARROW from now on. I can't believe I had such a blip - I'm normally very good. Oh well. Lesson learnt...

Thank you for that Sarah, Mark and I are really pleased.....we each lost another 2 lbs this week so fingers crossed we can keep it going!

Sorry about your bad day. I think any of us with a dietary problem make a mistake every now and again. Not nice.

My daughter, when she was 6/7 or so had to have her tights right up under her armpits for some reason. We used to laugh so much!!! Perhaps it was my fault for buying them a couple of sizes too big so they lasted longer!!

I was wandering around Napier today at lunchtime and went into the SPCA charity shop and was totally gobsmacked to find a massive pile of Disney soundtrack CDs for $2.50 each! I've come home with a whole bunch of them which I was missing from my collection.

I'd recently given Mum all my ones to listen to so was able to call her to see which ones were missing from the collection.

I don't think the have ever been played. The shop assistant said a lady dropped off a huge pile of them last week and many had already sold. I left a big stack behind of ones I'd already got. I'm guessing we are probably less one Disney fan in the world as I imagine it was a deceased estate.
