I am really pleased .... I have now got one of my semi-formals I hope, and my Parrot Cay dress which is a maxi. Thats if they turn out ok when they get here. Just need to get a second formal and then thats all the dresses sorted.

I most certainly do not need an excuse to dress up. In fact, I think for me every night will be semi-formal night. I am thinking purple dress with black pashmina for Villains night.

Sometimes I feel quite ignorant. Had to look up fascinator; not something I've ever come across. I assume that a maxi is just a long dress? You all are going to be leading the fashion parade on the cruise for sure (I'll be a spectator at the back of the crowd ).

I am glad that you found dresses you like. I am sure that they will be fine. At the moment it feels like half my wardrobe is from Ebay and I was never disappointed.

I found our hotel and have used streetview to walk all around Barcelona. I have walked past all of the sites I plan to visit. It is a great tool. I have also looked at the neighborhoods (lots of graffiti) and what people are wearing and I was supprised at the number of tourist with backpacks and women carrying purses (pickpockets field day)

I'll have to check this out. I thought you could only see the streets/buildings and such. Maybe I'll tell ppl to check at a certain time at a certain place and wave at them on google street. haha

HI! It's going to be great to see you on the cruise again! WE aren't doing anything for the 4th this year, because it's been raining the the eveing! We still haven't seen the Electric Light Parade this year either.

We are still working a few other details, like communication. We are going to upgrade our cell phone plan to International Texting and I’m looking into Skype (video) to stay in touch with our grandkids. Our grandkids and our daughter live with us, so my wife and I will miss them , as we will be gone for a month (Travel days, Barcelona, Cruise, and Walt Disney World).

We left our 32 year old disabled sson in respite care when we did the Baltic cruise in June and we didn't want him to miss us too much, so we learned how to use the Skype. It worked pretty wellmost of the time, but we didn't have very good internet connection in many of the areas. I think it should be better in the Med. We don't have to worry about it this time, since we are bringing him with us. I am not sure about bringing the laptop at al........still thinking about it. Connie

Nachol1337, the wife and I feel your pain. With us living in the Orlando area we see the Disney Cruise Line all over the place.

We look at each and say, soon real soon.

We always watch the buses, too. Our son, Patrick, absolutley loves the buses.....sometimes my DH takes him to WDW just to ride the buses to different parks and resorts and to hear Off Kilter at EPCOT!

CONNIE!!! I am so excited that you are all going on the cruise. I looked at your Villian costume and you look great! We haven't seen the Electric Light Parade either, but my tickets are not good in the summer so we will have to wait. Maybe we will see you before September in our visits to the resorts. Don't worry, I told everyone I saw that I couldn't possibly speak to them unless they gave me a puppy! I don't think I am going to wear it this time.....I was so lonely being the only cruiser dressed as a villain!

BUT I might wear it to Not so Scary Mickey Mouse Halloween Party this year.

Oh, Yes, ANYONE can dress as their favorite villain.......I would do it again if I wasn't the only one! I had so much fun,and the looks on the faces of everyone was wonderful!
