This is just a suggestion, but what if you emailed the finished navigator to everyone and let them print them out at home? Or at least to as many as like the idea?

And you don't mention the crime rate on Castaway Cay. Is Mickey likely to run off with all my money....... :rotfl:

Is there anybody arriving at the Barcelona airport on Thursday, September 16th around 8:30am, that might be interested in being picked up at the airport to do a tour of Barcelona and then possibly be dropped off at your hotel. We are staying at the Pratik Barcelona so a hotel close to that might be good.

I tried to avoid showing my ingnorance and nosiness about Captain's Dining was versus Crew Dining (listed on the roll call). I checked the Disney Cruise Line site, looked it up on google and then called the Disney Cruise Line - I give. Could someone put me out of my misery and explain it to me?

I think it was answered, but Captain dining is early, Crew dining is late.

I have asked Jordak to desgin a pin for us, and Noel and John have changed the other desgin so we don't get trouble whit Disney.

Noel and I think both desgin are good but we like to have your opion about wich one you all like the most. So please let us now wich one you vote for.

Thaks ladies!! I prefer pin 2. I am worried that pin one might be hard to read, and it looks pretty generic. Since we ordered extra to give as gifts, I like the more custom fee that pin 2 provides.

Thank You ... I know I just have my son Destin and I on the roll call ... I hadnt added Helen cause we didnt know for sure if she would be able to make it ...(were still going through immigration process , we finally have our interview and hope it gets approved on July 28th) , then we have to get her Schengen Visa for most of the Med trip so we have been running around like chickens with our heads cut off ... all this and we still dont know if my step son Sean (Helens) son will make it ....He is listed and paid for to go but dont know if we will be able to get him from Manila prior ....If he does make it , he will probably fly to the states around Sept 3rd , then turn around and fly with us to Spain on the 6th ....And all this is provided he gets his Schengan approved later today (its actually Wednesday in Manila right now ) at the Spanish Embassy in Manila ...

So if he does get approved for the Schengan , then it will be US immigration's turn to expedite his paper work .. so we are working on it ferociously ...

This is why I am not on the boards much, because were so tied up with my regular work plus getting everything in line for Helen to become a Legal Resident here in the States ....

Ugh...I didn't even think about that. In the past I was able to use my work color printer to print out the lanyard name badges...but my work has changed dramatically (we recently merged with a much larger...and stricter...company) so I won't be able to do that this time around. I was planning on using a place like Kinko's to print them....but Jason & I designed the name badges last night (HOORAY!!! Another project marked off the list!!! :thumbsup2) and they are loosely based on the both the cruise logo with the flags and that magnet that was created by another DISer for the EBTA and then revised for our version of the itinerary. I have to say that i"m really happy with how they turned out and I hope everyone else will be, too....but they do feature the word "Disney" and Mickey's face and several mickey heads/hidden mickey style decorations. I hope I can get them printed without a hassle from Kinko's about featuring a licensed character on them.

I have access to a color printer if they are just going to be on standard paper. If it is a thicker, card stock paper I can't offer any help...

Well it's almost time for my trip to Paris!!!

I've got 2 days in the city and 2 at Disney, i'm back late on Saturday so by my estimation that means i'll have 93 pages to catch up on :lmao:

I plan to try and check in a couple of times, i've read there is free wifi in some public spots in the city, though i've never tried it for myself....

Have a wonderful 4 days of planning, and please don't talk about anything related to the Cruise, Disney, Outfits, or Ladies Undergarments whilst i'm away....:rotfl:

We get in just before 9 and are alos at the praktik. We were going to book transport, but were now starting to think about a half day tour because I am not sure when we can check into the hotel and I don't want to drag our luggage everywhere...

I'm sitting here scratching my head. A couple of weeks ago we saw our cabin # when we logged in to DCL. I just checked the site for some other info and now they are not listing any cabin # for us. ??? Anybody have any idea why they would do that? :confused3
 
Is it hot every where as it is here. It 6:15 pm and 101 degress. It got up to 103 today. This heat is killing my wrist. Last week i could easily move it with no pain. With this heat I can't bend it down all the way. It going to this hot all week. I need to move to the north pole.

We have been thinking the same thing. Originally we were going to take the train and then carry our luggage the few blocks to the hotel, but we can't check in right away. I think we are at the opposite Pratik hotels but they are relatively close. Are there specific places you would like to go for a half day tour?

Nothing in particular. There are a few groups of people going, and I was looking at thier itinerary. We are not particular - we were hoping to check into the hotel, drop luggage and grab a 2 day HOHO pass and then play it by ear. Again my fear is that the hotel will not take luggage at that time of day... Figuring we land at about 9, and will be out of the airport in an hour or less...

Those are the ones that I am doing, there are others - look at page one, I think the others are lists - not spreadsheets...
 
They did release TA rates for our cruises today. $25/person/night!!!!! Wish I was still a TA, sigh.... (and I can't sign in to the Disney TA site to cancel the e-mails, such teases.) Only down side to being a TA for a cruise, waiting until after 75 days to book.

The big thing with using Disney logos and pictures is that you can't sell them. You're not selling them to us or using them for any type paid service.

If this is true, why can't we use it for the lanyard pin, as well as the lanyard nametags?

Or if not, is there something else we could put on the left instead? Ideas, anyone?
