Hi, I spoke to Carolynn and she said she thinks she remembers telling you that her 5 (under Terapin) and I (under Tru) along with my granddaughter, R, would be interested. That would make 7 in total. If not please add R and I. Thanks very much.

Yes, she did. I had your name on spreadsheet. I don't know what I would do without an spreadsheet count. I have so many PM's going that I have to keep emptying out my PM box.

I will be posting in a day or so the list to be sure people see the names of DISers and amounts.

Thanks for letting me know so promptly.

Noel

My Goodness,

I'm not sure i'll be able to look at any of you girls on the cruise in the same light... ;)

I'll keep wondering if you're all wearing magical undergarments that make you, smaller, thiner, taller, flatter......

On second thoughts i think i might get a pair!!!:rotfl:

SW

I think there is a campfire song about a honeymoon night and by the time the new wife removed her false eye lashes, wig, extra "padding", etc, there was more of her on the chair than in the bed so that's where her husband slept:rotfl:

it was very strange....I'm at work in downtown Cleveland (Ohio) and I felt it. For me, it was like swaying at my desk after a cruise--lasted just a couple of seconds...but some of the attorneys actually felt the shaking in their offices. Three of them ran out into the hallway with panic on their faces.

Cleveland?!?!? I looked at the Google map for our group and didn't see anyone near there - guess you didn't put yourself on it. I've been working in Cleveland almost every week (or every other) for almost 14 months now! Yes, I realize I live in Georgia - that's why I just love Delta! :rotfl2:

Broke sweat today myself. We had an employee appreciation lunch at work today. They had it catered with ymmuy barbecue, then had a basketball free throw contest (didn't participate), water balloon toss (made it to the last round and lost) and country line dancing (this is where the sweat came in, had a blast).

Now back to work. But how do they expect us to settle down after that??

How much fun is that?? Gotta work up those dancin' muscles for the RBD :thumbsup2

I assume scummy is short or slang for scrumptious? I think by the cruise I will speak some Scottish English!!:banana::confused3

Goody - I've always wanted to be bilingual. :lmao:

Well geez, if I would have known this I would have been wearing these things every day for years now!! :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2::lmao:

I have been through many quakes. 5.0 you will feel but should not cause panic!! :confused3

If you live in Ohio it is reason! We have them, but it's rare, especially one of that magnitude.

I heard that a high-rise in Cleveland was swaying from the quake for about 30 seconds today. Just minutes after it happened, a friend of mine in Michigan posted on FB that he wondered if they just had an earthquake. Someone here in Columbus said they felt it, too, but I was on the couch DIS'ing and didn't feel a thing.

.... Not a lot of spanx on there actually.

LAdies for them who have them, dont the spanx roll up at your thighs?
Thats why I got the tights, but they are blooming expensive if you put your finger through them after one wear:rolleyes1

For those of you in the UK who are interested in trying Spanx, knowing QVC in the US sells them, I checked out QVCUK.com, and they have a wide selection.

I have never had problems with my Spanx rolling up the thigh, and I have various lengths that go down the thigh. Give them a try through QVC. You have a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy to fall back on if you decide they are not for you!

....They have spanx for men!!!! If they want to try it after the oil changes, beer and soccer!! hee hee!!!

Wow. Just wow Oh...and I want one!

I have just got a new computer (yea MacBook :woohoo:) and I am able to join the disboard again so you don't have to think I am just a figment of my DD Terapin's imagination.... I have loved reading all your news and look forward to meeting all of you.

Great knowing we'll get to hear from you more often now!

This is what Disney originally gave me:

1st Formal: 19th
2nd Formal: 24th
Theme Night: 25th
Pirate Night: 28th
Semi-Formal: 30th

This is the latest that most have been receiving:

1st Formal: 20th
Theme Night: 24th
2nd Formal: 25th
Pirate Night: 26th
Semi-Formal: 30th

At least we can be pretty certain about the Semi-Formal Night!!!

:rotfl:Disney likes to keep us in suspense!!!

Thank you. Hopefully Jan will see this.

Thanks Marilyn,
I was worried that I had booked Palo dinner on Formal night. I am ok though because luckily I booked the 23rd. :)

Its only 8 more posts to go! I'm sure you can do it! How's the weather today with you? We have a beautiful sunny day!

I'm in Michigan (Detroit area). It was hot and muggy this morning, then it got hotter then it stormed and apparently we had a small earthquake that I didn't even feel (earthquakes are VERY rare in Michigan) then it got sunny and even hotter!

Maybe you have to wait until you get an official letter or something lol!

Like the letter from the Queen? I'm waiting.......:rotfl2:

We're about the same size. I look fabulous though, so I'm sure you do too!

I am focusing on improving my strength and flexibility, and to improve my cardiac health, and to maintain the good health I am blessed with. I'd like to be smaller, but it isn't critical to my self-esteem. I like me. I'd just like to be smaller and am working towards that goal.

xoxo

I like your outlook, I'm going to try and adopt that one! I would also like to be smaller, less wobbly and less dimply :scared1:, but this is the body I've got, and I am fit and healthy so I need to learn to LIKE ME the way I am. :thumbsup2

OhNo, I multi quoted a heap of things to reply to and I accidently deleted it all, Let's see what I can remember.

Michael? I think Belle was after the wheelchair access info?

Angellic Sarah - You look great in all your facebook photos (I checked you out), the Dr is crazy, get a new doctor!

Lyn - the haggis sounds revolting! EW! I suppose each to their own, I'm glad you enjoyed it.

SteamboatWill - Love your take on the undergarments! There's nearly an eyepatch at the end there, I'm assuming that's yours! As for the smaller, flatter, thinner, etc....that's why DH thinks they are false advertising, lol :lmao:

Laura - DH would love to do the poker tournament. :thumbsup2 I laughed so much when I read about your conversation with your DD BF, You are one of THOSE mom's!!! :worship::rotfl2:

Noel - You outlook on everything is so positive, It's nice to hear somebody be consistently positive in the world today. Good onya! :thumbsup2

Sorry, I forgot anything, I do have that brain leak we talked about last week, :rotfl:

Well if you guys want to get together for a DIS dinner in Cleveland, let me know! I'll drive up and join you! My family lives half way between Columbus and Cleveland plus my best friend since kindergarten lives in the Cleveland area, so I wouldn't have to have a long drive home late at night.

Well, now maybe you can get it covered by the insurance. Maybe something good will come out of it. Do you have to front the money? Downpayment? Maybe a blessing in disguise.

We were just talking about that. DH wants to go to Vegas but Princess has her school volleyball practice. So we might just be here. Let me know when your concrete and I'll see if I can get a room down there. That would be fun. I'm finally being inspired to use my pts. Only about 3 yrs later. :rotfl2:

Forgot to bring my insurance information with me today, so I'll have to call them tomorrow. I've been waiting to get that process started until after I got ahold of someone at Six Flags and talk to the audiologist. I actually have a pretty low deductible, so if insurance covers it, I'm golden.

As for the trip, I forgot that our passes are blacked out the whole weekend, so we probably won't be down. I thought about maybe coming to LA for Six Flags and Universal but then decided that if I did go down there, I'd probably get arrested because I would conduct my own search at Six Flags for that darn hearing aid. Better just stay close to home.

I think this was discussed once before many threads ago, but do we have any idea of how many kids will be on the ship. We are bringing our 2 DD's ages 6 & 7. I wasn't sure if there is going to be many kids their age on the ship.

Welcome to the new people! I am going to check how many DVC points this cruise takes. I thought it was like 550 or 600, but it might have dropped. I am anxious to get my cabin number, but don't want to rush if it means I ruin my chance for an upgrade.

It was only 338 or 169 a person!!! Such a bargin compared to the points they want for the other ones!

OK - I've got a few bites on the poker. I did talk to DH about it, and he said, that a tournament style game will take minimum of 4 hrs. "We'd have to schedule it on a day that's no so busy." Um, apparently, DH has forgotten we will be on the sea for 6 straight days. (or is it 5?) Um, yeah, I think we MIGHT be able to find some time on one of those days. Anyway, I'll give it a few more days for others to catch up. DH says he "could" probably run something if anyone is interested. :rolleyes1

We're all in! ;)

BRUNCH

I have just been onto the Disney Cruise site, on bookings for our Cruise and saw that there were openings for Brunch (2 people). I dont know how many places, but hope that somebody might be able to take advantage of this and be able to get a booking.
I was lucky enough to get a booking on Sunday at the opening time, but I know some of you couldnt get a booking.

Aww man!! I got so excited for a minute. Guess I wasn't fast enough. :sad2:

What is the price range of the homes at Golden Oak?

We anticipate that homes will range from approximately $1.5 - 8 million.

:scared1:

Darn i'f i'd only got my Fuel Supplement back i could have afforded a down paytment,

Guess i'll just have to pass this time :rotfl:

SW

this made me chuckle, I think I may have to make a door sign about the fuel supplement as it is causing so much grief

Anyone recognize this one? ;)

urselaface2.jpg

Fingers crossed, fingers crossed Let's hope it works.

YES! I REMEMBERED!!!!!!

how dare you!!!! yes, I remember, didn't that come up on one of our marathon Friday chats?? I know that's how Princess night got started, man I miss those chats.

Kimmy, don't sell yourself "short". As my 5' 1/2 inch DD says (remember, we give her that 1/2 inch) Great things come in small packages and if all else fails, do what she says - "I Bite Ankles" :lmao:

SIGH, Vegas it is. I might be driving her back myself if Steve wins a seat. Oh well, there's a couple outlet malls on the way out of town. Its been a while since I've been to outlet malls. I'll sacrifice and volunteer to drive her home by my little old lonesome. Barstow has a great big COACH outlet and just might have the "newer" older style with lots of pretty colors. :rotfl2:

I rarely participated as it was just getting started when I was in high action mode. LOL - but the ones I did attend - well, those were an :listen: and an :magnify: Lots to :rotfl2: about.

I just  the image, might have to resurrect it. ;)

My DD Terapin has been very busy making plans and reservations for us. I have told her if she gives up her current line of work she could be a professional vacation planner. She took care of this for us for our last two trips to Disney World and we had a great time. We got to see everything we wanted to see with very few line-ups. Thanks Sweetie. :lovestruc

Thanks Ma! It is a good place for me to spend my excess energy and to dive into when life is no fun.

Yes, she did. I had your name on spreadsheet. I don't know what I would do without an spreadsheet count. I have so many PM's going that I have to keep emptying out my PM box.

I will be posting in a day or so the list to be sure people see the names of DISers and amounts.

Thanks Noel! You've done a terrific job with this. I appreciate it.

I think there is a campfire song about a honeymoon night and by the time the new wife removed her false eye lashes, wig, extra "padding", etc, there was more of her on the chair than in the bed so that's where her husband slept:rotfl:

I don't know that song? When I see you tomorrow for strawberry picking you'll have to fill me in!

I'd like to know too. Maybe a CM could tell us closer to the date?
