My John would be delighted with restrictions!!! We have to do this cruise with 4 x 23 kg. I am sure I can do it as we will have not heavier winter clothes, and lots of lighter clothes. However, once I know a bag is under the weight limit, I look for something else to pop in, just in case!!!

Our weight restriction is even less because of our Air Berlin connection. I will either ship one extra bag or try to cram it all into two. I think I will have to ship one bag as I am NOT paying the airline.

But what if there's a hung parliment as many papers are suggesting how will that affect the ££££???

Lucky devil! I'm off most of next week as doing a mini cruise (Cardiff to Southampton) with my Mum & Sister so can't wait! Then 2 days in work and 2 weeks off to study for my exams! Oh joy!

At 150 Euros per extra bag it is more than an annoyance!! Just my thoughts....

No it wasn't horrible when I looked at it, especially compared to the $75 excess baggage I paid last time back from the US because I tried to do the whole trip with just 1 bag each!

Gosh, maybe we can get some guidance from the EBTA people, but I thought that it was pretty cold on the TA part of the cruise. I thought I remembered that people were sitting around with blankets? I was thinking long pants/fleece for that.

I was thinking the rest of the cruise would be warmer-- capris or shorts?

What have you all heard?
