I'm not too sure about my life being a hoot....but between myself and the furry babies , and then add the in there, too, we like too keep life interesting...I guess you can add Jon in there, as well. Life is never boring We like to add a bit of drama here and there, every so often, as well...keep everyone on their toes, paws or fins

Ouch! I have often stuck my arm into elevators to stop the doors from closing and always felt safe doing that. Think I will reconsider that habit!! Hope it feels better soon.

That what everyone though i did when i told them the story. If i would have do that it probably would have been broken. My hand was at my side down by my leg as i walked in and the door closed quick and hit hard.


Thanks for are the well wishes. The pain killer are doing a OK job keeping the pain away. The doctor at the ER said if a keep it immobilized it may be held in 5 day, but it could take weeks. I hope it does not take that long.

Even better! I LOVE Australia - I could stop by NZ, pick you up and then we could head over to Aussie! LOL!!!! The only bad part would be the flight - I HATE flying! I can't wait for the cruise, but I just wish we could take another ship over to Spain instead of having to flying there.

Long flights are killer... I'm busy pretending I don't have a 33 hour flight to Barcelona ...

I would love to get to both Australia and New Zealand. I have family in Mt. Maunganui, Puddinghill, Wellington, and Dargaville.

They are quite close to each other and one of the DIS is inquiring about a group bus(es).

I was going to say about the Praktik Ramblas - they seem to still have a single room available for about 100 euros a night.

If you'd like to put your name down for hotel to port transfers let me know - I'm taking names - no obligation. Stephen (Nacho1337) originally investigated the cost and I think it was about 10 euros per person. We have 48 people who have expressed an interest thus far.

Maybe we could all bring big rolls of bubble wrap and all the WBTA Disers could encase themselves at Barcelona not to be unwraped untill we reach the mainland USA.

Now this is a totally brilliant idea! Saves worrying about how many clothes to pack

Hey all!

I reached out to the person Marilyn suggested yesterday, and she has sent us some Pixie Dust!! So, it is a bit early for her to book things for us, but she is more than willing to help us schedule ALL of our tastings!! And I did warn her that we 8 or so tastings that we would like to do.

Her suggestion is to have one main contact to work with her so that we are not doubling up on things. I am willing to take this on as I have been in contact with her. However - if someone else wants to do this speak up!

To be ready to book these, we need names (first and last) and cabin numbers if we have them. She will book everything and get us a contact person in guest services.

So, looks like we are all set for tastings!! More info as I get it!

Hi Jason ..... welcome back sounds like a great trip you have planned. We have only given ourselves one night in Orlando following the cruise .... mainly because I felt guilty leaving the kids for 2 weeks already. I am regretting it now .... wish I had squeezed in a couple more days.

thanks Ann yeah its pretty much planned out all i need to do find out when universals horror nights are this year and when mickeys not so scary halloween nighst exactly are i have some dates ...just cannot book to ensure that neither clash

the great thing is my food is paid for as part of my booking i get counter service dining package (do not really eat alot in the parks too busy) which really suits me when i am in the parks.

i have an excel sheet with all the times and what park i am going to attend on any given day

Hi Jason I'm a Cool Disney Uncle too and my Neice and Nephew love it when i return from my Disney travels as i always bring them back a host of fun Disney stuff!!

They also love coming round and playing with my Disney Stuff. Don't touch the classic collection!!!

.... and I can't help you on the info you requested. We booked our own flight and our own apt at Barcelona and it was a lot cheaper than with DCL. But also we were on a waitlist for the pre-stay (hotel) thru Disney... and nothing opened up for months and months. So unless some open up later- you might not even have the option of booking the hotel with them. Sad to say. But it's pretty expensive, even if you are able to....

Every cruise I'm always praying "please Robert don't break any bones. please Robert don't break any bones" (cause he's the definition of a boy who is not afraid of anything, and therefore he's the one that always get hurt! LOL)
I'm wondering if everyone else is getting his "injuries" since I've been praying HE doesn't get them? LOL I hope not......
