You're gonna love it! You lucky things!

We're planning on spending one day/night at WDW, hopefully at Bay Lake Tower, when we return. We can easily get back to the west coast on the Saturday and get everything ready for work on Monday but we thought we may as well just add that one day to decompress from 2 weeks of frivolity!

My thoughts exactly - getting off the Magic and jumping straight onto a plane would have been too much to bear!

I didn't think of that - hope that the PC is additional to the TA - you can't leave us, you really can't .......

There has been lots of talk about who is going to be in Barcelona early, but who is spending some extra time in WDW after the cruise?

We are planning to head over for a week at WDW. Just have to swing the time off at work.

Unfortunately we probably won't. We don't really like doing parks AFTER the cruise. We love tacking on days at the parks before the cruise but not afterwards. It's not as relaxing to us and we'd rather not pay all that money for a relaxing cruise vacation then spoil the end of it with park days. LOL We may change our mind by then, but probably not. We'll also probably be broke and yet only a few months later will have to pay in full for our Vancouver repo & alaska B2B cruises!

BTW some people must have cancelled this cruise because rooms must have opened up- I say this because our TA exchanged one of our rooms (the one that was 10gty) to one of the SPH rooms! So now we're in 7507 and 5524. I'm hoping we can eventually change 7507 to a deck 5 cat 10 or 11... but we'll see if that happens or not. I was excited when I learned about the SPH room though!

Not sure what we are going to do when we get back but may got to the first time to see the Harry Potter area at universal. We are not universal fans so not sure.

If I could figure out a way I would love to go to Disneyland Paris. Just not sure how feasible that is in expenses to travel to Paris take a train and stay for a couple of days.

So I highly doubt we will be going there.

It was too expensive for us when we looked into it when we first booked. Drat! I SHOULD be able to have everything I want!!

Glad you managed to get an SPH. I think quite a few have changed around. Hopefully this will mean upgrades for people and reducing the prices lol

Oh no - I have just received my quotation for the LA - Vancouver repo and it is so cheap ..... it would be crazy not to book this cruise - I am all of a dither again now! But I need to cruise in October as it is DHs 50th birthday and won't be able to do both .....help!

I am NOT giving up the TA in any case - we have made a final decision on that one - so you'll be stuck with us

My dilemma is this - DH is 50 in October 2011 and I am thinking of booking a surprise cruise to coincide with his birthday. The repo is in April 2011 - which isn't the best timing for us as DS is likely to be doing some sort of exams.
But the price I have been quoted is sooooo good. I also can't justify the cost of 2 x one way flights just for a 7 day vacation and I would want to tack on a week in LA.

On top of this we would also want to have a holiday with DS - and if DD gets on the college programme at WDW then we will want to go and visit her during the summer.

So ultimately the sensible choice is to cruise for DH's birthday in November and forget the LA repo for 2011 - I'm will then hope that they will keep doing this itinerary and we can book it in the years beyond 2011 - and now I am going crazy!

Well have just booked flight to Barcelona for our Aug med cruise and one way for this WB TA. Keen to book return flights from Orlando but we will be flying with Virgin so will be a while before they are relased.

Would have loved to have done the Alaska cruises, but would like to cruise on the Dream, but as it looks like she will be in the caribeen and only shorter cruises looks like we may leave it for 2011 and see what 2012 brings with the final ship coming on line - Hawaii??!!
