Hey everybody,

I'm definitely new here, but I would love to get involved with the gang before me and my family go on this cruise.

My mom, grandma, brother, sister, and I went on the June 1st 2008 Mexican Riviera Cruise and had a fabulous time. Our only regret was that we didn't make the time to meet our fellow cruisers on this board before sailing!

So, just saying hi, and hoping to get organized enough to meet or at least chat with a few of you all before we get on board. (and considering the amount of time I have until the cruise, I really have no excuse to fail in this!)

Also, I have a question about private messages. I would like to let DisneyVegas1 know that my boyfriend and I would like to come to the DL meet in March and go to Rainforest Cafe. However, I tried to PM him but Disboards wouldn't let me because I don't have enough posts. Does anyone have a recommendations about what I should do? Just go on a posting spree? This might not be the right place to ask this...sigh...

Yes, the DIS will not allow you to send PM's until you have 10 posts under your belt. I don't know how far back Todd reads or if he will get on the board over the weekend so it may just be the thing for you to go on a little posting spree (you only need 8 more) to get your post count up!

So I was getting Disney withdrawls and couldn't wait until March. Just decided to head down to DL for Valentine's weekend. DS and I both have that Monday off, we we're going down for the weekend. Got a cheap room off Priceline and the APs cover parking so we're all set.

Yeah we bought more DVC yesterday

We couldnt resist , we have been waiting to buy at the Grand Californian since before they even announced it "officially" I think Kurt from DVC hinted to us when we were on the WB TA in 07 so we had are SSR now we have the Grand Californian ... So one of the nice incentives was Developer Points but we have to use them by Oct 3rd of 09 so we decided that since Monica was going to go for Valentines weekend we would go to and use half of our developer points now ..lol (Free Trip)

Anyway We will be at Disneyland on February 13th thru the 16th if you want to come on by .....

Yeah we bought more DVC yesterday

I am yet another Sarah on this cruise. This will be our second Disney Cruise and our first transatlantic. It will also be our first cruise without all the kids, just my husband and myself. Looking forward to chatting with you along the way and hopefully meeting you on the ship!

Are "cartons of wine" the same as "cases of wine"? Or are they more like the "wine in a box" wines?
