Update on the missing certificates of authenticity
I have spoken with Joseph at DCL Guest Relations. He said they knew nothing of the wrong certs. until my email. But, he said that the ship may be taking care of it and therefore there would be no need for his dept. to know or get involved. He will check with the ship when she gets back in port and will make sure that they do still have the list and are working on it. He said it can sometimes take a few months to take care of something like this if there were not enough certs printed. If the master was destroyed then they would need to reproduce the master, get Ducky to sign it and then get it reprinted. Depending on schedules, vacations (Ducky in particular since no one else can do his part of it), printer delays, etc it can take some time. He has asked that I wait for an email from him after he talks with the ship. I agreed to do that. He seemed very nice and was concerned, stating DCL is generally very good a following thru and so he trusts that the ship guest relations is working on it, but will confirm.
