I would make a point of taking a short break between each ride instead of going straight from one to the next.
Noise overload still gets to me as an adult (I was a very noise-sensitive kid) and I find I have to do the same thing when it gets too much.
It seems like there aren't as many "low-key" attractions as there used to be. I used to love If You Had Wings; the queue area was usually as relaxing as the ride itself! Living With the Land has a similar vibe
